Will plan on staying again with all our kids and grandkids.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented in the mid rise condos before so a Villa was new for us. It was well used with appliances a bit rusty looking, sweet ants on the counters, and pillows that were old and flat. The place is decorated nicely but as I said it needs someone to update a few items. The staff at Island House is very nice and easy to speak with about any problems. We will stay again but in the mid rise.

Reviewer Comments: This rental was amazing, very clean, total vacation vibes, close to everything, and is literally a 1 minute walk from the beach!! Took full advantage of the pool as well! Staff was helpful. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Reviewer Comments: This was our first time at Siesta Key and we LOVED IT and did not want to leave! The Villa was super clean, we loved how close it was to the ocean, and my fiancé and i LOVED the master bathroom and big shower in our Villa.Island house is the perfect spot for groups to get together and be close together, but still have your own privacy within each villa. The beach is so close and gorgeous and well kept, and we loved how convenient the beach chairs were.

Stayed May 6, 2021We had a small family reunion and brought Mom over during the days. The beach being right there was wonderful. We were able to rent a beach wheelchair for her to get down to the beach and see the water and sunsets. Location is perfect. Villa was very clean and nice and quiet at night. Really enjoyed our time there.

Kitchen had everything we needed. Location is amazing. There are beach chairs on the beach but no umbrellas (just a note). We have asked to check out an hour later, and had no issues.
