Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Island House, we had one minor hiccup and it was immediately addressed. Management even checked in with us to make sure everything was going great during the remainder of our stay. Hoping to be back next year!

Hoping new owner will start making some updates in furniture, mattresses, garbage disposal, and kitchen & bathroom amenities so that our stay in '23 will be even more enjoyable.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love island house every year I come with my family, this year I did not book early and I had to choose villa 10B and I really did not like it! the beds are very uncomfortable and the pots and kitchen utensils are very worn and old. With respect to the place in general, I have no complaints and the maintenance staff is very friendly.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpet going up the stairs into the 2nd floor condo I think used to be a tan colour now it is so stained and disgusting it's probably 45 years old really needs to be updated. There were Cockroaches and palmetto bugs. The kitchen cabinet door was falling off. You had to hold the toilet handle down till it flushed all the way.

Stayed Apr 30, 2021Phenomenal white sand, water and cleanliness. Fantastic grilling options, however would have been nice to have been more centrally located. Walkable options for meals and free shuttle/trolley available. Nice to have screened outdoor seating area. Beautiful property!
