Ioannas House - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 8

Property was so well taken care of, highly recommend.

We really loved Ioanna’s Villa. We were four single adults, and we appreciated that we each had our own “wing”. The villa had a great pool, which is invaluable due to the heat. We were told by many locals that the temps were much higher than “normal”, and this did put some dampers on our ability to use the entire property. For instance, the AC was set up in the bedrooms, which left the dining/living room/kitchen very hot. While this didn’t impact us, keep it in mind if visiting in July. One other thing to note: the driveway is very steep with a tight turn halfway up. We actually drove back to return our first car rental because we couldn’t realistically trust it to get up the driveway without stalling. We switched to a manual transmission and this worked much better. Keep this in mind about the entire island. Many of the roads are steep, narrow and full of blown curves. If you’ve ever driven on Caribbean islands or in small towns in Italy, especially hilly places like Tuscany/Umbria or in the Lakes, you’ll know what I am talking about. Ultimately, the villa we rented made our first trip to Corfu an incredible experience. I highly recommend this house!

The report between price and quality results a very big difference.

The property was absolutely stunning. My wife and I went for a week with my parents and there was so much space for us. The pool guy came every other day to keep the pool clean and the maid came half way through the week with clean towels etc. If you want a chilled break Nisaki will give you just that with a handful of restaurants and a mini market all within walking distance. I would advise anyone with a car that the drive is very steep (which to get such a stunning view you would expect) and if you hire car I would recommend getting one with a bit of power (our 1.2 Hyundai I20 struggled with more then 2 people in it). Overall I strongly recommend staying here. You wont regret it. I also want to add communication with Agni (the property managers) was flawless. They were great! Thanks again

Just what we were looking for when making research for booking a villa. The villa had everything you would need and much more. Nice outside area with private pool, terrace, and sea view. The location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: beaches, local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars... Looking forward to booking with them again for next year.

Really great house. The inside was cozy and comfortable. The sunset and scenery from the terrace were breathtaking. Corfu is a very nice island to visit. We also hired a boat for one of the days which was great. Highly recommended by us. We will come back next year.

First of all, I need to say that the villa is actually even better than in the photos! Properly cleaned with all the amenities in place. Most of the time we spend on the terrace and enjoyed the evening sea breeze. This villa is set in an absolutely beautiful location, that is very quiet and private and you are not overlooked. We also visited Kalami, Kassiopi, and Ipsos and spent a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, and sunbathing. We had the most wonderful holiday ever! We are coming back for sure.

The house and Nissaki were perfect for my family. The Ioannas House has more than everything you need! We enjoyed memorable sunsets while swimming in the pool with a glass of wine. Kids also loved the pool and played there all day long. As we went out and explored the island and beaches almost every day, the location was perfect as it put us near to everything. There are nice places with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Air conditioners in the bedrooms and plenty of space for a family. A peaceful location away from the main tourist strip, which makes it a perfect relaxing place. Nearby are some great tavernas, where we tried some of the Greek specialties: Dolmades, Moussaka, and Souvlaki. I also found your website very informative and all of your communication has been prompt and clear. Highly recommend!
