Stayed Feb 1, 2023House was exactly as pictured! Enjoyed every minute of our stay. The living room could use more light (dim for reading) and more seating. But, most our visit was spent outside! My husband really enjoyed the cabal dock—fishing and feeding ducks, turtles, etc! Petra, house manager, was very friendly! Check-in and out went very smoothly!!

Stayed Mar 6, 2022My husband and I escaped the cold and stayed at the property during March 2022. The unit looks just like the photos, nicely updated and clean. We had a couple very minor issues and Petra and her husband responded immediately. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing by the quiet canal. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Mar 12, 2022The property is extremely clean and all amenities were provided!! We especially enjoyed the pool and deck area. That's where we spent most of our time. The kitchen provided everything we needed. If we decide to visit Cape Coral again, I would definitely be interested in renting this property!!!
