Infinite Bliss | West-Facing Private Infinity-Edge Pool, Games Room, Movie Room

This is the lowest review I’ve given on a property through VRBO. We rented this property as it had a nice pool and hot tub facing the golf course. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken 5 out of 7 days. No heat, completely drained in yard twice. Pool was not warm enough to get in and we paid for it. Media room never worked from the day we got there. The customer service team was responsive but we significantly overpaid for a home where the pool and media room were the main attractions for us to rent. Technicians were not capable. We will be seeking some restitution for this rental.

The house was ok. I did think the description on line was misleading regarding the layout of the bedrooms. Also, the ice maker was frozen and did not work and the alarm system went off due to low batteries at 3 in the morning.

I have stayed in many VRBOs and this house is nice and large and accommodated our 3 families nicely. There were many issues though and the property management company is horrible. First of all we had no WIFI connection, the one they sent us before did not exist and I made serval calls and texts to the company. On day 3 of no WIFI they said they would send a technician and we waited for 7 hours and no one showed up and I called back and they were still unable to help. Because of the no WIFI for 3 days we had no TV and could no use the theater rooms which all require internet. On day 4 when we finally got wifi it was so slow nothing would download. I spent many hours and calls to the company and they were not at all helpful. Also if you plan to use the shuttle for disneyworld it is always sold out because there is only 2 per day. If you take an uber to disneyworld it will cost you $50 each way. The waterpark is included in the resort membership but everything else is extra, minigolf $30, pickleball court rental $30. The house was also well used and could use new paint etc. They also leave you 1 dishwasher pod and no extra toilet paper. No cleaning supplies are left and the house has minimal essentials. Overall, I would find somewhere else to stay with a different management company. There are so many options.

This place was great. Game room was fantastic and outdoor patio/pool area was a great place to hang out. The previous tenants that left the morning of our check in left the place a mess. The cleaning service were still cleaning upon arrival. They did everything they could to get the place ready for our stay. Unfortunately by cleaning up it left a ton of trash by the road that the propert manager thought was our trash. Also, the outdoor grill will not light you have to manually light it. Also there is no TV in the outdoor patio area. The view of the golf course was amazing and the hot air balloons in the morning were a great surprise!

Wonderful property and house. We enjoyed our time fully. (Except for the party the neighbors two doors down had one night until midnight). Great views with alot to do. The movie room and the game room were great. Would definitely look into this property for our next stay in the area.

The property is beautiful, but at time of arrival the house was not clean. Provide property management with various photos but nothing was done. Previous tenant left air mattress and luggage in the middle of one of the rooms. In another room shorts and under ware, master had dust all over the floor from some work done in the room, etcetera.

Location and property was outstanding. For the price (appx 4K), I expected a fresh clean residence, that’s not what I got. Dust on stairs, fingerprints on fridge, dishwasher with mess still in countertops that came off after some Scrubbing. Pool had visible dirt on floor, old Cigar butts just outside fence and walkway and outside table was never wiped or cleaned. Again, for the amount of money spent, maybe more then one roll of TP for each bathroom would be nice. Grill not cleaned as well and no grill brush ever found Alarm on back patio is terrible, sign says it’s against the “law”. No, law is child fence around pool OR door alarm when pool is fenced in, that is the code not law!!!!! Expected more at that price point, will find different residence and company for Xmas and Easter

Property was fantastic. Only issue we had was parking. For a house that large, there isn't enough parking for multiple vehicles. 2-3 in the driveway was about all we could fit and the rest had to park in a pull-off area across the street. Pool is fantastic and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out in the house. Game room and theatre room were the kids’ hang out areas when we weren’t in the pool. Plenty of seating for meals in the amazing kitchen! Having the water park 2 minutes away was great too! We spent one day there and rented a cabana for shade. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our vacation so great!

Great experience

This house is absolutely beautiful and full of room to spread out. It is full of little extras, and our family wants to return here very soon. Toby is also one of the nicest people I've worked with when renting a vacation home. He is always available and very accomodating. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting central FL.
