Overall the home suited us.

This was a great place to stay while we were in Kissimmee. It was very centrally located and easy to get everywhere. Multiple choices for meals within a few minutes drive. The house was exactly as in the pictures was very clean and comfortable. The only bad thing was the tub in the 2nd bathroom was very slippery and my mom almost fell. A towel on the bottom of the tub helped solve that problem. Would definitely stay here again.

Another great stay at Steve's villa has everything that is required for a stay in the Orlando area with a close location to Disney and the other parks

We had stayed at Indian Ridge on our last family visit 13 years ago and really liked the location. It appears to be mostly residential and as such is very quiet, an antidote to the hustle and bustle surrounding the parks. Access to to the Disney parks took at the most 20 minutes, the main highways are all in easy reach. The 192 is only 5 minutes drive away from which you could find all the restaurants and shops required. Another plus was it's location in relation to Celebration, a town we love to visit. The property itself is of an older style, both in looks and furnishings,. The house was very comfortable and appeared to have everything we required and some. The kitchen was fully equipped with all appliances and utensils although we only used the microwave and oven for warming food, we don't do holidays where we spend time cooking. The main bedroom was very large with a comfortable bed and en suite with a great shower. The pool was a real benefit which we used a few times in-between the attractions. The communication with Steve was excellent, he dealt with any queries or requests promptly, thanks. Should we return to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful time. House was perfect for our whole family. The pool was a welcomed perk after a long day of sightseeing. Great location for restaurants and shopping.

Very clean,well equipped and amenities in bathrooms very nice touch. Lost pool heat a couple of days! The owner and maintenance had excellent communication with us to solve the problem. We would recommend this property and stay here again.

We stayed at various houses through Vrbo. We always make sure to be good guests, we leave our last day to cleanup the house, wash the towels, do dishes and leave the house in the same way we got it, and this was no different. We were only 3 guests and barely stayed at the house since we went to Disney almost every day. When we left the host sent me a message saying that I stained his sheets and had to pay for it. Than proceeded to charge my credit card without any agreement saying I left “heavily stained sheets”. When I asked for proof he sent me pictures of a sheet with the most tiniest most ridiculous stain of the size of a bean on a sheet that could easily be washed off. It just feels unfair that after coming back from a vacation I have to deal with calling Vrbo and having to ask for money back after we spent 8 days at this house going above and beyond to be good guests. It honestly feels like a scam to get new sheets. So stay at your own risk of being charged after leaving.

The property was comfortable and well-equipped, surroundings quiet and private. Our only problem was that the property owner forgot to send the code to access the house, and was not responding to phone calls and messages, so we couldn't get in. Luckily, after 3 hours of phone calls from the airport, VRBO arranged a very nice hotel for us overnight and the owner responded the next day. All went smoothly after. that, but it was very stressful at the time, sitting in Orlando Airport thinking we had nowhere to sleep. If you rent this property, make sure to check that all the details have been sent before you set off!

Great property very clean. Pool was fantastic great host easy to communicate with
