Independent villa in the beautiful and intimate village, marina of Tertenia

Lovely property. Amazing pool and villa. Lovely, quiet week away. Great restaurant (Hotel Janus) which is walkable. Lovely food and great service. Local beach is excellent.

The villa was great and very clean and tidy. The location is rural which we loved and close to 2 wonderful beaches with great beach bars. Both the hotel and Spa that were close by had great food and well worth visiting. We had a lovely relaxing time which is just what my husband and I needed especially as the villa next door was empty our entire visit. Ugo was a great host answering any queries and supplying, when asked for pool towels and clean replacement towels and sheets as we were there 2 weeks. My only criticism, and it’s only a small one, is that the shower probably needs some upgrading and the outside lounge furniture needed better cushions as the ones provided were very thin and uncomfortable to sit on, the sun loungers however were great. We would definitely return. Many thanks

Ugo helped us with everything and was always there to help with recommendations. The villa was beautiful and the children (3,5, 7) absolutely loved the pool. Really hope we can go back again.

We had a brilliant time at this amazing villa. We are a family of five and this villa was perfect for us. The pool is awesome, we spent so much time cooling off in it and loved the fact it wasn’t chlorine, so much more pleasant! We walked to nearby Hotel Janas a couple of times for ann evening meal other small eateries are within a few minutes drive. Otherwise the villa is very well equipped for self catering, with a small shop close by This villa is in a really peaceful spot with several beaches just a few minutes drive away

The house was immaculate when we arrived. We are a family of 5 visiting from California (3 kids ages 8-15). The salt water pool was a hit with the kids and adults. The view was amazing. There are a few restaurants nearby. There are a couple of beaches within a 5 minute drive. Ugo was a great host and responded quickly to our needs. Highly recommend.

Lovely property, very clean and welcoming, in a gated complex away from all the hassle. Arbatax is about 40 mins by car with big supermarkets and plenty of ocean going activities. Pool was perfect and the villa had all the required amenities. Thank you for a lovely stay. Adam, Alex and family.

We had a fabulous time at this lovely villa - the photos don't do it justice. It is very private and quiet with amazing mountain views and you can even see the sea! We loved the pool, especially as it was salt water, and spent many hours in it! We cooked most nights but also went to Janas restaurant one evening (a 5 minute walk) which I definitely recommend. We also went to a sea front bar/restaurant a short drive away called Shardan which was lovely too. There are a few supermarkets nearby that have everything you need. Communication with our host, Ugo, was great - we used Google Translate a lot! This is a lovely location for a relaxing holiday - we hardly left the villa! We'll definitely visit again.

The Villa is absolutely beautiful. The setting, location, comfort, is unsurpassed. The salt water pool is a delight which we used every day despite also going to the beach every day. There are great restaurants around and the perfect size supermarket. Hugo and Patricia are extremely helpful and accommodating and truly care that one is having a restful vacation. Highly recommend.

From the first contact with Ugo, we felt that this was going to be a wonderful time. Ugo helped us with the right tips to experience the neighborhood. The accommodation was great! Nice, clean, cool with the best pool. Everybeach was spot on, every morning we enjoywd the sun rise, every restearant Ugo tippes was good. We loved our week here. Thxx

Everything was perfect. Initial communication and booking was easy and prompt. Check in very smooth and easy. The house was spotlessly clean and exactly as described on the website. Patricia and Ugo are perfect hosts. They helped us sort out a taxi from airport and car rental. House had everything we needed Beautiful surroundings. Gorgeous private pool and sun beds. 5 mins by car from beaches supermarkets and restaurants. Cannot recommend highly enough. Idyllic peaceful private ...fabulous!
