Stayed Dec 22, 2024We plan a family trip every Christmas to Kiawah. We love to stay in the Mariners Watch properties . Unfortunately this property is not well taken care of. There was a leak in the ceiling and the condo smelled of mold. The pots and pans were dirty. There were no hangers in closets . The towel racks in the bathroom fell off the wall in 2 bathrooms. We are very disappointed for the amount of money we spent. The location is great but the property needs some care.

Stayed Aug 20, 2024Great location, clean and comfortable vacation home. Great access to the beach and nearby grocery stores and restaurants. My only gripe is I wish the rental company had been more forthcoming in telling me that there were indeed beach chairs and beach towels available in the home when I called to inquire. Instead they said I needed to rent them from the company they endorsed. They offered $280 credit to rent from them and if I knew I would have used the credit more efficiently.

The ocean view was gorgeous, the kitchen was a dream to work in, and it was a nice touch to have the smart tv with streaming apps already loaded and available for us to use in the evenings. The only feedback for area of improvement would be to have better lighting in the bathrooms. The current lightbulbs are simply too dim, other than that, all was perfect.

It was absolutely beautiful with no detail overlooked. The views from the deck and from inside were just perfect and it's mins away from everything we love on the island in way of resorts, restaurants, the nest etc. We are already looking to book our next stay!
