Stayed Nov 21, 2025We had another fantastic stay in Siesta Key! This was our second time in this villa, and we'd highly recommend it. As always, our host Laura made sure the unit was spotless and ready to go for the week. When the listing says it's just a few steps from the beach and all the fun in the Village—they're not exaggerating. You can't beat this location!Our favorite spots included the SKOB, MVP, and of course one of the nicest, safest beaches in Florida. We will definitely look to book this again in 2026!

It is very clean and cozy, equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Our host Laura was very professional, kind and friendly. It is also located near Siesta Key village which has so many great restaurants to choose from!

Stayed Oct 25, 2025Our host Laura was wonderful. She went out of her way to accommodate us from helping us rebook our trip due the hurricane last year to giving us an early check in this year. One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at in Siesta Key. We definitely plan to return.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025Easy breezy check-in. The host Laura is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. The kitchen was well equiped for our needs. Love everything about this villa, it's the perfect size for our little family. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach, and Siesta Key village is a block over. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025This is our second stay and Laura is the best host! Great communication, the best location (steps from the beach and the main strip in Siesta Key Village). The home has plenty of beach accessories (wagon, chairs, umbrella etc…) to use. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Looking forward to future visits.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024Great place! Right next to the Village and Access 4. Only ask would be for higher beach chairs. The low ones are hard to get out of for older adults.

Host, Laura, is easy to communicate with and very responsive. If you’re looking for a little slice of Siesta Key heaven, you won’t go wrong staying at Kay on the Key!
