We were delighted with our recent stay at this villa. The photographs truly reflect reality. The whole house and external areas were spotlessly clean - huge credit to the cleaner/s. The villa is extremely well-equipped, making it feel very much like a home-from-home. The beds were comfortable, the bed linen and towels were in very good condition (not ancient see-through polyester sheets and handkerchief towels). The pool is great and the pool toys were a lovely surprise for our grown-up children. The terraced areas and pool have lots of sun loungers and comfortable seating, and the shady areas are perfect for non sun-worshippers. All of the electrical items were functioning well (air-con, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.). The cooking equipment was in virtually new condition and there's a more than adequate supply of glasses, crockery, cutlery, etc. The well-thought-out welcome pack was most appreciated, as was the provision of bin liners, kitchen roll, loo roll, etc. If you enjoy a bit of comfort and are happy hiring a car, do not hesitate to book this villa, it's wonderful.

The property was just what we needed for a relaxing week after a very busy year.The property had everything we needed, the kitchen was fully equipped and the air con. worked well.

This is such a lovely property and well located for visiting Faro, Tavira, Loule, Olhao and the Ria Formosa. The villa was clean, comfortable and extremely well stocked. Arriving to the basic food stuffs was very much appreciated.The pool was cleaned regularly and enjoyed by the whole family. We struggled to get the 12 year old out of it so we could go explore the Algarve.You’ll need a car as it’s about 20-30 minutes drive to most of the bigger towns, but this was a plus for us as it meant it was quiet. We had a great time and would happily return.

An amazing property, with great facilities for a self catering holiday. It was clean, well maintained and was just perfect for our family holiday. The rooms are large and have air conditioning in every room. WiFi is fast and the tv channels are great with a choice of something for everyone. The swimming pool was the highlight of our holiday as we have three daughters who are water babies. You will need a vehicle to get to this property, however all in all it was just perfect and we had an amazing holiday.

Fantastic villa, very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Amazing pool, effective air conditioning. Short drive to Faro and gorgeous beaches. Excellent communication from management company. Had a wonderful stay here!

The house was well maintained and beautifully clean and tidy. There was a welcome supply of essentialls left for us in the property which was very much appreciated. The bed linen and towels were replaced mid way within our two week break. The air conditioning was very much appreciated and worked well.In all a lovely property and well looked after.

Myself, my son, daughter-in-law and 2 young grandchildren wanted a villa with a pool for a relaxed family holiday. This villa was a perfect choice.Close to the airport so easy and quick to find after a long journey with 2 young children.Pool was amazing - the kids spent most of their time splashing around.Aircon worked really well.Very well stocked kitchen and everything we needed to make the holiday a memorable one.Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed a week at this villa. It was a very spacious property & was very clean. Aircon in all rooms. No major issues apart from a loose door lock which was sorted. Only drawback is that the motorway close by can be noisy especially as we like to to sleep with windows open. So keep windows closed& run air con.

The property is tastefully furnished, and included everything we could possibly need for our stay. Lovely pool area perfect for the children. Excellent location for us for explore lots of local towns and beaches.

Well maintained property, very private, especially if you are in the pool, calm area just a little bit dark from outside of the main gates. Lovely commodities, you barely need anything else.
