Ilha do Sol, a luxury villa in an ideal location!

An incredible stay! Better than we ever imagined. The villa was set in a fantastic area not too far from the beach. There was more than enough room for our group 9 adults to relax in. The villa was well equipped and our host was easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to return!

The villa was a great set up for 3 families. The beds were extremely comfortable and the accommodation was spacious. It was very clean and the pool was fantastic. We had a wonderful time. A number of things were broken, such as the dishwasher, which we did contact about, this did not detract from our holiday experience.

We had a lovely stay celebrating my mother’s 70’s birthday with family including small children. There is a lovely restaurant round the corner and a 15 minute walk into town and the beach. Bit of a hill to climb on the way back but plenty of cabs. The villa instead was spacious, modern and clean, it was perfect. We BBQ’d and also hired a private chef recommend by Katherine who was amazing.

What a fantastic place for a family holiday, we were a large group and the place was perfect, split over 3 levels meaning we could all have our own space. The pool was great. Shops and restaurants near by. The only downside was the rooms at the bottom didn’t have a en-suite but we weren’t too bothered. All in all it was a lovely holiday and we will definitely return. We booked IIHA Do Sol for a family holiday for 11 people but also held a wedding renewal party for 25, the villa is spectacular very well looked after and clean, it has a very high end feel to it and has Everything you could need for a family holiday, it has a great Spar shop minutes away which is well stocked and a fantastic Italian restaurant opposite. A ten minute walk gets you to more bars and restaurants and a further 10 minutes is the beach and main square. ELITE Rentals could not have been more helpful in terms of communication and responsiveness and we would 100% recommend them as a company and if you want a luxury feel villa in a very quite location then this is the one for you. We had a very nice and cozy time in the villa. The house was very beautiful and well taken care of. Everything was clean on arrival, and the villa was equipped with all comforts. The only downside was that the dishwasher did not work properly the dishes sometimes came out dirty. Furthermore, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

Inside a very nice and super functional villa for many guest. Outdoor areas could be more charming with some green qualities. Location is very nice with a great view from the upper floors. Generally we had a very good time in the villa. And the host was very helpful/professional. Note to visitors in winter. It is not possible to achieve an actually warm/heatet pool at winter if there is no pool cover.

The house is the hammer. Beautiful rooms with adjoining bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, magnificent pool. We felt very comfortable. The only criticism, a room in the basement smelled a little unpleasant . Fortunately, we did not need it, because it would have been uncomfortable to sleep despite ventilation. However, the other rooms did not have this issue. Overall a great house for a larger group.

Our first visit to Caroveiro was amazing the villa was so impressive spotlessly clean every one of us commented on how comfortable the beds were the villa has everything you would need in a beautiful setting not to far from all amenities you would need most importantly our grand children had the most amazing holiday in a safe and secure environment we as a family 11 of us would not hesitate in booking again FABULOUS HOLIDAY X

Everything was spot-on from check-in to check-out. The property was close to restaurants and bars but a car is recommendedbetter still an UBER taxi which are inexpensive. We did have a minor issue with a door locking mechanism on a patio door set. This was reported late one evening and the very next day two technicians arrived and fixed. The property is run professionally and would highly recommend.

A fantastic Villa, with everything that we wanted… we would 100% recommend. The only suggestion that we would have, would be to have some full length dressing mirrors in the rooms, although this did not spoil out stay in anyway The local Spar 120m away was very handy, as was the local Italian restaurant which was very nice… A short walk to “The Square “ was lovely for more restaurants. … Especially Black Salt
