LAYOUT

The villa’s layout offers many communal indoor & outdoor spaces, while providing each guest with their own private areas.
For additional privacy, the 2nd floor may be accessed through the winding internal staircase, a separate entrance door from the private parking lot or the main pebble garden and plunge pool area.

The Lower Level:
Located at the heart of the living space, the living room connects the breakfast/dining table and the kitchen, the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and the guest toilet.
Accessible through the master bedroom, the living space or the kitchen, the outdoor area includes the front terrace, plunge pool, sun-beds, sunset cocktail bar, mobile BBQ, monastery dining table ,hammock and white pebble garden offering plenty of areas for recreational, relaxation and leisure functions.

The Upper Level:
Consists of the two other bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom.
It boasts equally spacious and beautiful outdoor spaces, where each bedroom has its own access to the terraces.
The terraces, shaded and unshaded, along with the white pebble garden with its indigenous olive trees, provide the upper floor guests with spaces for some alone time.
An outdoor staircase lined with lavender and thyme allows guests to walk down directly to the 1st floor outdoor spaces.

Ideally located on Paros' West coast between the historic main town of Parikia and the trendy village of Naoussah, with easy access to the enchanting mountain village of Lefkes.
The private villa’s elevation offers the perfect blend of privacy, unparalleled views and a prime location (a 5-minute drive from the hustle & bustle of Parikia, 6-minute drive to the nearest beach).

From this vantage point, experience breathtaking sunsets, followed by mesmerizing night skies with the lights of Parikia at your feet—truly a unique feature of this residence.

Given the elevated location, we recommend our guests to rent car for the duration of their stay as the road uphill is short but quite steep in the last stretch.
This also ensures a smooth exploration of Paros’ landscapes & beaches and easy access to the diverse attractions the hilly island has to offer.


ACCESS

Guests have exclusive access to all interiors & outdoor spaces as well as the parking area.
A quiet neighbourhood, there are no direct neighbours and only about 3 houses near by.
