Ideal For Couples, 2 minutes walk from the beach!

This was our first return to this wonderfully situated villa, and I am sure it will not be our last. The secluded beach with its snorkelling rocks, perfect sea, stunning sunsets and friendly community is as wonderful as we remembered it. The villa has a flat roof for star gazing, a lovely shaded porch and has recently been done up - it looks and feels great. The host is so helpful and generous. You need a car, and of course, then the rest of Corfu opens up to you too. We 100% recommend this fabulous villa.

The apartment is perfect for a visit to Corfu. It has comfy beds, a roof terrace and AC. Very close by is a super secluded beach with beautiful water. We rented a car and explored the island. Communication with the host was easy and smooth, as was the booking process and checkin.

We absolutely loved the peacefulness of this house and to be able to wander and be on the beach within 2 minutes. It's a really secluded location but within 10 to 15 minutes drive to a town with many shops and restaurants and also a village with a butchers and supermarket in the other direction. We ate in as eating out means driving. The house is pretty well equipped to cook and also has a barbecue that we used. The outside space is lovely both front and back. Everything was incredibly clean and there were a few basic spices etc in the cupboard. This is somewhere to go if you want tranquility and you love the beach- which we do.

A highly accurate and useful range of online information. A really easy and relaxing home from home. We liked the simple and very peaceful house and garden. The property is well placed for exploring other parts of the island. This is aspecial place for those who know Corfu already, or for those seeking a rural and low key holiday, rich in natural beauty.

This was an absolute treasure of a find. It is away from the tourist beaches but just a 2 minute walk down a roughshod pallet staircase to a gem of a beach with very few other people. Excellent for snorkelling. The sunsets are beautiful and best enjoyed on the beach (with a metaxa!). You 100% need a car to get there, get shopping etc. But it is worth it. A 1 1/2 kilometre walk takes you to a taverna with equally beautiful views so you can still have evenings out. We walked there with the kids and torches. One day we swam there from our beach with cash in a plastic bag for lunch - which was excellent fun and just the right level of challenge. The host is very helpful and kind without ever being intrusive. The property was perfect with a great bbq and veranda for sitting out. Everything was well kept and very clean. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back to this very special part of Corfu. A big thank you to the owner.

We spent two weeks in this house. It was found to be well equipped with all you need. Harry - very friendly - well arranged all things and took care on us as guests. Close to the house there is a very nice beach with a limited number of visitors only. To reach it, you have to go only some stairs downwards. Next restaurants are 20 minutes away by feed. For shopping and sightseeing a car is simply essentially. I give a strong recommendation for this house for all who want to be far away from mass tourism and really have relaxing holidays.

We had a relaxed time in that house. Day started with enjoyable breakfast at the terrace at the garden. To pick a orange by myself was a good expierience for me living normally in town. Also having the beach early in morning for yourself is fantastic. An improvement could be a ceiling fan in sleeping rooms, just to avoid need of AC. Anyway it was a perfect stay,

The villa is situated in small row ,luckily we were the only ones there for the majority of the stay so it was very quiet. The villa has everything you need and is very clean.The only reason I deducted 1 star was that the beds were very hard and the double bed dipped in the middle. The nearest beach is very close but we preferred the beach at Prassudi which has sun loungers and 2 nice restaurants. It's only a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk.

Everything we needed was available in the house. My wife loved that there was a washingmachine and that the house was very clean. My children liked the good working of the internet  I liked the quite environment and the private carparking in front of the house. Besides the beds were very good. The house has a nice garden with different kind of trees and there is a nice terrace. 5 minutes walking there is a small beach. We recommend to hire a car for there is in the direct neighborhood not much to get. Within 5 -10 minutes driving via roads surrounded by olive-trees you will find good restaurants and other nice beaches. If you are looking for peace this is the place to be. Ourselves definitely want to come back again.

We spent our holidays on the island of Corfu end of July 2014. The booking of Villa Ariti turned out to be a very good decision. We experienced a very affectionate and warm-hearted reception by our host family. We found the house exactly as described. It is very well equipped, washing machine, hair dryer and coffee machine inclusive. The interior comprises a cosy taste. The house is part of a row of connected buildings with separate units. The villa has a veranda in front, close to the private parking, and a terrace in the back with access to a small but very nice garden. There we found two lemon trees with a hammock in between, a brand new barbecue and a staircase allowing access to the roof. Both, veranda and terrace have a hard roof. This gives two very pleasant locations especially during the hot daytime. The flat roof of the house is not fully developed but we enjoyed climbing up there in the morning to have a look around, experience the weather or watch the sea. The house is located very close to the sea and to a small beach, which is accessible by a narrow footpath and stair. The beach is small, but there are plenty of other beaches nearby. To go there, a car, motorbike or quad is necessary. Villa Ariti is located in the very quiet (except the nice sound of cicadas during daylight) area of Kanouli. Our host family recommended the tavern Avra Oceanos at Prasoudi beach and we went there for dinner several times. The very friendly and relaxing atmosphere with a spectacular view on the sea combined with good Greek kitchen was great. Issos beach with the cool beach bar was the favourite of our seven years old daughter, just where surfers had fun too. In addition, Halikounas beach is very nice and very long. We like to recommend horse riding just between Issos beach and Korissia Lake. Besides it is a nice ride through a primeval environment and the guide explains plants, bushes, turtle tracks etc..
