We had an extremely relaxing and enjoyable 10 day stay at the villa. Everything was prepared beautifully for our arrival with small touches, such as provision of fresh fruit and bottled water. The villa is well equipped and a great location for a family gathering.

A Perfect Family Getaway – Highly Recommended!We had an absolutely fantastic week at this beautiful villa in August. Our group included 8 adults and 3 children (aged 8–11), and the space was ideal for a large family gathering. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to outdoor amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home.Our host, Paulo, was exceptional. His communication was prompt and friendly, and he was incredibly proactive in making sure everything was going smoothly throughout our stay. It made such a difference knowing we had someone so reliable and responsive if we needed anything.The villa itself is perfect for families, with plenty of space to relax, dine, and enjoy time together. The location is also fantastic—peaceful and private, yet with easy access to Ericeira and Mafra via Uber or Bolt. We loved exploring the area and always looked forward to returning to the comfort of the villa.This was one of the best family holidays we've ever had, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to others. The villa is so much nicer in person than on pictures. I was a little hesitant to book at first because of the area and it was a bit of trek from Lisbon but so glad I booked this villa. Ubers and bolt work perfectly even if it is a bit of a longer journey. Paulo is incredible and extremely helpful and super responsive which was brilliant. Shame we didn’t get to meet in person but he is super helpful. We stayed here for 3 nights for a stag do and it was epic!

We had a wonderful stay at Paulo’s villa. The place is well equipped with a great pool area and hot tub. A very short drive away is Ericeira with fab beaches and restaurants.The whole booking process and information provided by Paulo was fantastic and gave us some very handy tips.As a group of 16 we had an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone! Since before we arrived Paulo, the host, made us feel like home. Being responsive at all times, and answering questions in the most pleasing way. With regards to the accommodation it was perfect, exactly like the pictures, we enjoyed afternoons in the hot tub and the pool and had so much fun. It was a 10/10 experience!

Stayed with a group of 21 and we had one of the best weekends. Paulo the host could not have been more helpful regarding communications and organisation. We were able to organise a food delivery to turn up on the day which meant we had more time in the villa. For a very reasonable fee Paulo was able to help us with this. Checkin and checkout process was all very helpful. For a group of 20 guys doing a stag the villa was perfect. Had everything you need to cook a bbq and big breakfast for the group. The pool area and games on offer were so fun. Although cabs into Lisbon takes 45 mins it was very easy to get cabs. Could not recommend Paulo as a host more.

Booked this villa for a big family holiday to celebrate a 40th birthday. Paulo made the booking process so easy with same day replies to all our questions leading up to the holiday, handy tips and being so accommodating to our requests even during our stay. The villa had something for everyone. With the heated pool, jacuzzi, games room and lovely local beaches - we had the best time! About 30/40 mins from Lisbon - super easy to book Ubers. We're so glad we treated ourselves to the private chef on our last night as well - the whole process was seamless, the chefs were lovely and all the food was so delicious!! Highly recommended :)
