Stayed Sep 7, 2025The villa is fabulous, clean, great swimming pool, outdoor space. Do be aware a car is essential and not walkable to Ostuni. We had a great holiday and would really recommend. The quiet and country location makes it most relaxing. It would have been good to have more area information, to know distances.

Stayed Jul 15, 2025The Villa is a great size and beautiful. The pool is huge and stunning. We really enjoyed our holiday. However it is a fifteen to twenty minute drive to Ostuni, it is NOT walkable as indicated, it would take 2 hours to walk so you do need a rental car.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024We stayed at the villa for a week with family including kids, the villa was large, well equipped and only short drive to Ostuni. The owner was very attentive to any questions we had. Ostuni has plenty to offer with the surrounding beaches and towns..would definitely return.

Stayed Jun 18, 2024Wonderful place. Francesco was attentive and awesome. The property was beautiful and the pool was really spectacular. We will definitely stay again. It was very hot and the mosquitoes were biting, but we made the most of the fans and citronella candles. Look forward to returning.

Stayed Sep 28, 2023We had a magical 8 night stay at Francesco’s property. It was as beautiful as the photos showed. Francesco was a wonderful host and even picked up our partners from the train station while we were driving a rental car from Bari. The house was very big and spotless with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and we loved relaxing in the outdoor area, pool and spa. We loved it so much that we spent 2 days just chilling here instead of travelling around. Francesco was a very caring and thoughtful host who went out of his way to help us settle in. The local restaurant which was about 400m away was fantastic and is a good marker for finding the property. Thank you Francesco and we would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in this area.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023Beautiful pool and views we loved our stay. Inside a bit small particularly the kitchen but 4 very reasonably sized bedrooms. 4 bathrooms excellent condition. Clothes washing facilities very convenient.
