Stayed May 7, 2017Our group of 10 stayed in the owner's other house in Corbara, which is quite nearby. The area is breathtaking, it was one of our favorite spots on the island. The Corbara house was wonderful, newly built and very comfortable. The bedrooms were a good size with new beds. The kitchen was a bit small for cooking for 10 and it had a low range hood that everyone bumped their heads into at least once. We had issues with the BBQ in the back and only used it once. The caretaker and owner took good care of us while we were there. Making sure the hot tub was running and we had full instructions to the house. The listing doesn't include all details, there was a very large caution (4000 euros) requested that was a surprise and the owner requested payment in cash, we were able to negotiate a smaller caution and it was returned when we left without issue. He also requested additional fees when our group size grew over 8 people. I would be sure to get all charges and fees clear up front before booking or sending your first payment. Patrick was very responsive to my emails and the stay turned out to be very nice after some early bumps regarding fees.
