Stayed Feb 22, 2025What a great place to stay. It's 1/2 hour to the beach-but you can also enjoy swimming in the heated pool. The house is exactly as advertised & has everything you need.

Stayed Jan 30, 2025We enjoyed our stay! The best part of the property was the lovely pool. We enjoyed the atmosphere it provided of complete relaxation. We were disappointed that the neighborhood was not more walkable. This location was also a substantial drive away from everything there was to do in the Ft. Myers area. The property manager was very responsive and took care of all our needs/questions. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Stayed Jun 17, 2022We stayed in this property over a week. According to check in instructions the property manager would be coming by the following day to speak to us and answer any questions. That didn't happen and the one text I sent with a question didn't get a reply. The house was Basic and clean pretty much what I expected from the pictures online. They did have some pests but nothing unbearable. Most items you need were in property for use. A few days after we got home we Received a message from VRBO that said there was an additional charge that was going to appear on our account for Extra cleaning. I was with a 2 And four-year-old So they may be a little Messier than just adults. They also they also claimed we broke blinds which we did not. Upon arrival we noticed one blind was missing from the sliding glass door area and hoped that wasn't gonna be a problem for us turns out it was. The instructions for cleaning the property when leaving was was to put all linens and towels on the floor and the message I received from the owner was that we left her 6 loads of laundry to do again just following instructions. A cleaning fee is already charged in the initial fees. And when people are staying somewhere on vacation there is going to be some cleaning that needs done after they leave. I would not stay here again seems like a scam that they try to chargeus more
