This historic masseria, built in the mid-1700s in the “Cenate” area, is renowned for its many period villas that once served as noble summer residences.

Villa Riggia is set within a 30,000 m² park featuring olive groves, orchards, a pine forest,swimming pool, tennis court, football pitch, barbecue area, and parking. The property consists of the main building on the ground floor and 4 annexes, totaling 9 bedrooms: the main building's ground floor with 4 bedrooms, Agrumeto annex with 1 bedroom, Tennis annex with 2 bedrooms, and Stalla annex with 2 bedrooms. The first floor is used by the owner.

The villa accommodates up to 18 guests, with an additional six to eight beds available on sofa beds and extra beds. Each apartment has a kitchenette and a private outdoor area.
