Stayed Jan 4, 2025This is our 2nd stay at this property and have already booked for next year. The pool area is so piece full and relaxing. The house was clean and well taken care of. We went for walks everyday around the neighborhood and the people were so friendly to talk too. Henning answered all our questions and concerns. Cannot wait until our next stay.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Overall, we were very satisfied with the house, location, amenities, etc. Even with TS Debby bearing down on us at the beginning of the week, overall, we had a great time. We have rented various houses in Cape Coral over the years and will be back!

Stayed Mar 31, 2024My family of 4 stayed here for 1 week and enjoyed every minute! Everything was as pictured. The kitchen was well appointed. The beach towels, toys and chairs provided were appreciated. You can tell that the owner has invested in the property by the high quality pool lounge chairs and patio furniture. The pool is in really good condition. The house is located near shopping (Target and Publix) and restaurants, as well as an easy drive to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. The neighborhood is quiet. Overall, a lovely stay for our family. We will recommend to others and we would stay here again if traveling to this area.
