Limited public transport so need to rely on Lyft or Uber.

Guests can access all areas of the home including the garage.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home but you can smoke on the pool deck as long as all debris is disposed of with care.
Cars should not be parked on the grass or blocking the sidewalk.
Please note this is a self catering stay. We only supply a few starter items till you make your first visit to the grocery store

Pool heat: $30 per day, minimum of 3 days.
Gas grill rental: $75 per week

Pet Policy: We welcome your furry friends!
House-trained dogs only. Max of 2 dogs. $25 per pet, per stay.
Dogs are not allowed on furniture nor beds. If left alone, must be crated.
Must take pets outside on leash to relieve itself on grass.
Solid waste should be picked up each time and placed in outside cans.
Violation of these conditions could result in us charging an excess cleaning fees or damages.

    Somewhere I missed that this property was pet friendly and quickly realized this as I walked in and my allergies immediately acted up, luckily I had some allergy medicine. The king size bed was not comfortable at all, left with back pain. This is an older home and we were only allowed to keep the the air at 75 which made the house a little warm, especially at night. They did however provide fans and they were located in each bedroom’s closet. The lanai had a small dead snake and a few dead lizards, could tell it had not been cleaned for awhile, the pool was also dirty, had to clean it ourselves. The owner did allow us to check in two hours early and we are so thankful for that . The kitchen has a few pots and pans, nothing too extravagant, but got the job done. The toilet in the Master bedroom clogs frequently, and the toilet located in the double bed room also kept clogging.

    Located way in a run down neighborhood. Not close to the parks or major shopping even using toll roads. Over 1 hour to get to anything & several dollars in tolls. Broken furniture & trash in garage. Pool area dirty with missing tile in pool. Pool not clean with no response on cleaning & light not working in pool no response. Kitchen not stocked with basic things. Had to ask for sauce pan & knives. What is there is old & damaged. Stove nasty old with broken areas. Microwave oven over stove broken. Water smelled awful was told to get bottled water to use. No air in one room nor ceiling fan. Door in bathroom that goes to pool has old window that is rusted & doesn't shut all the way. Master bedroom does have fan but no air. Master bathroom toilet has special instruction on how to get it to flush & the toilet is very loose. Shower water is backward. Hot is where cold should be & hot is warm. Shower head needs replaced. Bathroom in hallway shower head needs replaced & again water is backward. Big wall picture by front door has all kinds of rules to include no dogs but yet supposed to be dog friendly. We were told no dogs on any furniture & crate when we go out. We finally got tired of never getting things done & the excuse that they are taking care of things that have priority but we can crate the dog & leave the back pool door unlocked. There is a note said park at your own risk. Stay away from this place & Paradise rentals. We left early. VRBO without pics owners responsible.

    The process to book was super easy owner stayed in contact with me to let me know how to check in and stuff nice and clean except the lizards that greeted us lol but overall great trip will be booking with them again when we return.
