A quiet oasis - this century-old Spanish villa with peaceful terraced gardens lies in the historic heart of the Hollywood Hills. This Roaring Twenties registered historic property features a serene outdoor space with Jacuzzi, patios, gas firepits, and dining area with built-in grill and appliances.

Nestled halfway between Hollywood Blvd and the Hollywood Bowl, this walkable Mediterranean enclave was home to the first era of movie stars - Rudolph Valentino, Judy Garland, Charlie Chaplin, and more.

The thoughtful layout of this two-story villa was designed by renowned architect Nathan L. Coleman in 1925:

BEDROOM 1 has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe room, and private balcony overlooking the outdoor space.

BEDROOM 2 is the largest of the three, featuring a king-sized bed and views of the Hollywood Hills.

BEDROOM 3 has a queen bed, soundproof walls, windows, and ceiling, for a silent night's sleep, and 55 wall-mounted TV.

Bathrooms feature modern bidet toilets with wall controls and heated seats.

Living room features 13 ft high vaulted ceilings and custom dry bar with wine fridge, bar seating, and in-ceiling audio system - ideal for relaxed, sophisticated evenings. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the patio lounge and the Hollywood Hills beyond. Convertible sofa bed comfortably sleeps two.

Cooling/heating is controlled via Nest thermostat.

Washer/dryer are available in the attached laundry room.

PLEASE NOTE: no parties or events allowed in this peaceful home and peaceful neighborhood. No outdoor activity allowed past 10pm (penalties apply)

We just an amazing stay at at this beautiful home! We booked our stay during the JCS Hollywood Bowl weekend in August. The home is perfectly located, walking distance from the Bowl and comes with all the modern day comforts in a historic home with original features of old Hollywood! No need for air-conditioning, although available ,and the coolest outdoor spaces to just hang out. We spent the golden hour late afternoons hanging outside enjoying the sounds of this cozy neighborhood, we didn’t want to leave! You won’t regret staying here. Sidd, our host, is the best of the best and was always available for questions and even a tour of the neighborhood with interesting stories of this fascinating area in the middle of the craziness of Los Angeles. 10 out of 10!!

This was an amazing place to stay. It made a somewhat routine long weekend in LA a special trip and the house itself has already created several happy memories. I'll start with the location. It's in a beautiful historic area which is close to so many things. The neighborhood was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here and it did not disappoint. It's like stepping back into old Hollywood. The home itself is lovely and comfortable. It had everything we needed and it was the perfect spot for our long weekend stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well equipped and there were more than enough linens and towels. The house still has many original features from the 1920s, like the casement windows with interior hinged screens and the original French doors, which only add to its character and charm. The highlight of the house was the backyard (which is really on the side). There are numerous terrace levels, multiple seating areas, a working fireplace, a redwood hot tub, hundreds of mature plants, and loads of privacy. We spent the majority of our time on the terraces, both in the morning and at night. Finally, Sidd, our host, was great. His communication before, during, and after our stay, generosity, and friendliness made our stay even better. The host clearly loves the neighborhood and has a passion for its history and for living in such a beautiful spot, and it shows through in the home. Overall, I would love to stay here again and I hope I get the chance to.
