Hilton Head Beach Villa- Beachfront property with great privacy

Another great holiday on Hilton Head Island!!!My wife and I, along with our three kids (ages 12, 17, and 20), have been coming to Hilton Head for the past 10 years. What started as a happy accident vacation a decade ago has become a yearly family tradition we truly look forward to.For the last two Christmases, we’ve stayed in this villa and this year we even rang in the New Year here. The villa is a peaceful, relaxing getaway tucked into a secluded corner, yet you’re still just steps from the ocean. It has everything you need to slow down, breathe, and enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer.You’re only a short bike ride from Coligny Park, a must-visit spot for dining and shopping. One of our favorite beach lunch and drink stops is the Tiki Hut, which is also perfect for dinner, live music, and a laid-back island vibe. We also spent time in Sea Pines and Harbour Town enjoying shopping, great food, and even horseback riding.It’s always hard to leave, but this villa makes Hilton Head feel like home.

We had a wonderful stay! Appreciated the updated kitchen and two private parking spaces. Pool and access to the beach were great!

This is year 2 for us staying in the condo. We enjoy the location to the beach and to Coligny. The condo works for our dynamics of adults, teens, and a tiny.The condo has enough items for cooking and making drinks. There are a few beach chairs outside on the patio. The pool area is amazing with the zero entry for the tiny to play and enjoy it with everyone. We don't mind being tucked into the far corner of the complex but it is the longer walk to the beach access. Our recommendations for updates/changes would be to have a deep clean done and the bed in the downstairs bedroom needs a new mattress as soon as possible. If you are traveling with family or friends there are also other condos in this complex that are usually available so you can enjoy being close as well. We will be looking to book again for next year, especially if the mattrress is replaced.

It was a perfect getaway for my family of 6. Place was clean and comfortable for a very relaxing family vacation. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Pool and beach were very nice and close. Beach is beautiful. We would definitely come again for a relaxing trip.

Great location! Close to shopping restaurants. Very close to beach and plenty of space in the villa for the family to spend together and lots of space to spread out.

This year, we decided to spend Christmas in Hilton Head, a place that has become our family’s go-to getaway for the past 8 years. Normally, we visit in the summer after the boys’ travel baseball season wraps up, but this time, with the season running a bit longer, the kids suggested we switch things up and head to Hilton Head for the holidays. It turned out to be the perfect choice! We had an amazing time, experiencing things we don’t usually get to see on our summer trips—like deer on the beach!This trip was exactly what we needed: quality family time spent unwinding on the beach and biking through Coligny Park and Sea Pines. The kids are already asking if we can go back next year, and I think we’ll definitely be making it an annual tradition!

This unit was very hot during our stay. Two service visits by AC company did not make appreciable difference. Got over 80 consistently in unit. Could not cook in this unit due to heat. Microwave was supposed to be replaced in unit and fill in unit took up counter space. Furnishings were older and not what we would have expected. After multiple calls to Vacation Time and chats with owner only got 15 back. Very disappointing week! I don’t recommend a stay here.

This property was the perfect spot! The house was so inviting and comfortable and seeing as though I cooked for our family the whole week I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked it was for food preparation. The three levels made it nice for my parents to have their own space in the lower level. The location was so quiet despite being so incredibly close to the pool. We all enjoyed the balcony for early morning coffee and tea. The beach was so close! You didn't have to plan on making an entire day out of going down there as it was close enough to just walk back within a minute for lunch. I couldn't have asked for a better spot on the island or for better accommodations.

Location was great and the owners are very responsive and easy to work with. That being said the place needs a deep cleaning. Looks like they maybe vacuum and change sheets, not sure it had been dusted or wiped down in months. I did more cleaning the first day than the cleaning company probably ever has. Furniture is pretty dated and not that comfortable. Sheets, towels are really cheap and thin. Place has potential just needs cleaning and updating.
