Stayed Nov 5, 2025Everything was perfect, the house was the absolute best base for our vacation, comfortable and spacious with excellent amenities close by. Highlands Reserve was a lovely place to stay & the contact with the team could not have been better

Stayed Jul 5, 2021This is a beautiful property. The only thing I would tell the property manager is to ensure that you have starter packs of laundry detergent, dishwashing soap and a sponge. In regards to the actual property, it is one of the best kept in the subdivision. I found the care of a few of the properties around lacking and the curb appeal was lousy for those properties. Finally, please wash out the garbage bins outside, they have a lot of flies and I assume that the cleaning crew does not clean the outside bin. I would stay here again as the actual property and furnishings are beautiful. The pool is very large.

Stayed Mar 10, 2017We loved the size of the house. Loved the pool area. House could have been cleaner. Fan in living room caked with dust. Close inspection revealed dirty corners in several of the rooms. Did not appreciate having to bring beach towels. So bulky for traveling. Also wished small things would have been their. Coffee filters, salt and pepper, dish soap. We have stayed in ALOT of houses in Florida and not having the small things like that is a first. The grocery is at a convenient location, so that is a good thing. Would I recommend this home for a large family? Yes!
