This private guest suite offers a clean, modern space designed for comfort and ease. The open layout features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a bright living space with a cozy sectional and smart TV perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Tucson.



The bedroom includes a comfortable king bed with soft linens and ample storage, while the updated bathroom provides a fresh, modern feel.



Guests can also enjoy access to a private outdoor patio area, ideal for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Thoughtfully designed and centrally located, this space is perfect for both short stays and extended visits.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy full private access to the unit with a private entrance and convenient self check-in.



The property features its own dedicated driveway, making parking easy and seamless.



The space is fully separate and designed for a comfortable, independent stay. Guests will have access to the indoor living areas as well as a private patio space for relaxing outdoors.



Please note: Some exterior areas may be shared with neighboring units, but all interior living spaces are completely private.

Located in a central Tucson neighborhood, this home offers easy access to the University of Arizona, Downtown, and some of the city’s best dining and entertainment. The area has a local, laid-back feel with a mix of residential homes and nearby hotspots, making it a convenient and comfortable base for exploring the city.

Other Things to Note:

The home is equipped with a fire extinguisher (located under the kitchen sink), a first aid kit in the bathroom, smoke detectors throughout the home, and a carbon monoxide detector in the living area.



The property includes a patio area. Please do not leave children or pets unattended while outside.



As this is Tucson, you may occasionally encounter local wildlife such as birds, insects, or other desert animals. While sightings are uncommon due to the surrounding area, we recommend keeping an eye on children and pets when outdoors.
