Villa Hermes is a new villa that was completed in 2021, as well as designed and decorated with elegant and minimally modern elements. Nestled in an exquisite landscape, situated in a serene area of Kalo Livadi on the heavenly island of Mykonos. The property extends on a land lot of 2 acres with views of the Aegean Sea. Unwind and gaze into the tranquility of each moment in the complete privacy of this Villa Hermes provides 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests . It is divided into 2 floors, both equipped with a kitchen, in which case they can be booked separately or as one house for exclusive use of both floors.
Ground floor: Living room, open plan kitchen, wardrobes, 2 bedrooms w/en-suite bathrooms. There is direct and immediate access to the exterior lounge and dining area and further on to the infinity pool.
First floor : Living room , open plan kitchen, wardrobes , 1 bedrooms w/en -suite bathroom .
Second Floor: 1 Master bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, 2 bathrooms, wardrobes and a private balcony with sea view.
