Heavenly Sands : 2BR/2BA Beach-Dine-Shop-Celebration Park! All ~10 minute Walk!

Heavenly Sands is a great property, the hosts were great, and easy to communicate with. The property is convenient to restaurants and close to the beach, celebration park and coligny are also within easy walking distance.The condo is very spacious. Super clean , the beds are very comfortable, it is well stocked with everything you need, even though we did not have small children with us. I loved the fact they had things for children even a (pack n play,) a family with young kids would definately appreciate all the extras; as well as the beach chairs and umbrella. The added perk for us , was it being pet friendly. , and the hosts even thought of your furry friends, with dog bowls and balls for them! We are looking foward to our next stay at Heavenly sands.

We loved staying in this nice home in HHI once again. Chris and Kim are amazing hosts and are so pleasant. The kitchen is fully stocked with items one may need. Bedrooms are very cozy and comfortable. The walk to the beach access isn’t too far. Nice little stroll to see paradise and sea turtle nests. Looking forward to next time…..

We had a great week staying at the Heavenly Sands Villa. The villa has everything you need and is in a great central location for the beach, Coligny plaza, and many restaurants. We can't wait to come back!

4 adults more than met our needs

This rental is as described and pictured, very clean, beautifully furnished and comfortable. Our family of 4 and 1 dog enjoyed our stay!very much and would rent again.

We are 6 years in to staying at Chris and Kim’s condo, and as always, our stay was wonderful. We love the close access to the beach and the village, the cleanliness of the condo, and the communicative hosts. Highly recommend… just not for the dates we want to be there

We LOVED staying at the Heavenly Sands condo! My family of four stayed for a week during our spring break in April and it was just the escape we were looking for! The location is excellent as it is within walking distance to the beach and plenty of area restaurants and shopping outlets. The condo was very clean and the decor was adorable! Chris and Kim were the most hospitable hosts and Kim even checked in with us on the first day of our trip to see if we needed anything. Would recommend this little piece of paradise to anyone!

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 3 months (mid-January to mid-April). The location couldn't be better. Just a short walk to the beach and right on the walking/biking pathway. The condo complex was quiet and well maintained. Chris Alessi was a great host and very responsive. The condo itself was in good condition, with comfortable beds and furniture. If I was to plan another months-long stay, I might bring my own towels, as the towels provided were a little lackluster, though there were plenty of them. Overall, great place.

We love staying at this villa. The hosts are so kind and have thought of everything to provide while on vacation. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. Thanks for having us again!

Beautiful property. Kim called me to check on us the second day, and Chris gave my husband excellent fishing advice. Lots of shopping and many local sights. This is a great place to walk if you like that. Beaches, parks, trails, art, museums, fishing. What's not to love?

Rode out hurricane helene then had a fantastic family vacation

This was a repeat visit to this VRBO condo because it's very well maintained, clean and cozy and just minutes walk from the beach. It is very close to restaurants and the owners are very friendly and responsive to questions/concerns one might have. Our dog loved being on the beach with us every day!

We loved our stay at Heavenly Sands. We didn't arrive until late, but check-in was a breeze, with thorough check-in instructions provided ahead of time. Kim was in touch the morning after our arrival to make sure everything was good, and was very kind when the tenant downstairs submitted a noise complaint on my family for having two wild kiddos running around for a few minutes before their nap time. The unit was spotlessly clean, comfy and had all the essentials. Good location, with plenty of nearby restaurants and an easy walk/bike ride to beach access. Hope to return next summer!

We have been staying at Kim’s couple of times through the years. It’s a perfect place for a small family like ours. Location is great - close to the beach, park and Coligany. House has everything we needed.

We loved staying at Chris and Kim’s Heavenly Sands! The location can’t be beat - it’s so close to the beach, Celebration Park, and Coligny. We rented bikes and only drove once the entire week! The unit was perfect for our family of five, plus service dog, and it was so nice to have the pool and tennis courts on site after a day at the beach. Communication from Chris and Kim was exceptional and we appreciated all of their personal touches like the info binder, well stocked kitchen, and even cleaning supplies. We can’t wait to book again for next summer!
