This lovely newly decorated Floridian Villa is situated in a quiet Community off Highway 27 in Davenport. A great base for your Orlando vacation where you can relax and enjoy life after the hustle and bustle of a busy day at the Parks or the many other attractions in Florida.

As you enter the Villa, you will feel directly at home. There is an open plan living area with large wall mounted Flat Screen TV with 2 sofas to sit and relax on whilst chatting about your day's adventures orto simply watch a movie. The Breakfast bar has 4 chairs and shows off the large kitchen area which is well stocked with everything you need to make either a quick snack or gourmet dinner for everyone. There is a breakfast table with 4 chairs in the kitchen breakfast nook, as well as a formal dining area which seats 6 persons. Plenty of space for two families to enjoy this Floridian home.

This Villa has 2 Master King Bedrooms each with their own Ensuite Bathroom. The Master King Bedroom to the right has a tub and separate walkin shower. The Master King Bedroom to the left has an Ensuite Walkin Shower and has its own access to the pool deck area.

Bedroom Space:
** King Master Bedroom with Large Ensuite Bathroom, separate walkin shower. It has its own TV and Closet
** King Master Bedroom with Ensuite Shower room (walkin shower). This lovely bedroom has direct access to the pool deck. It has its own TV and Closet.
** There is a Harry Potter themed Queen Bedroom with its own closet. Great theming for all those Harry Potter fans young and old!
** Disney Mickey themed twin bedroom with 2 single beds, its own closet and TV. Cinderella's Castle brings the Magic to life in this room.
The Queen bedroom and the twin bedroom share a Hallway Bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

In the Garage, there is a Pool table for those who wish to relax inside after the excitement of the Parks. Please note the garage is not Air-conditioned.

On the pool deck, there is a table and 4 chairs under the covered lanai where you can sit and enjoy an Al Fresco drink or meal at any time of the day or night. There are also 2 sun loungers to relax on. The small spa can be heated (for an extra cost) is a must after a long day out and about in Orlando. The small spa is attached to an L shaped pool which can be heated for an extra cost (please check with office for details).

There are no rear neighbors at this home and it is very secluded, relaxing and quiet with a Westerly aspect.

This Villa is a surprising gem with its spacious interior, secluded outside space on a quiet well managed Community near to supermarkets, restaurants (Millers, Applebees, IHOP, Chinese, Thai and Indian restaurants) within a few miles of this Community, golf courses (Highlands Reserve and Champions Gate), shops, Disney, Universal, Seaworld and both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts.
