Smart Lock code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes will be provided during your stay. No additional Sea Pines passes can be requested per reservation. Parking passes must be displayed in vehicle to gain access into Sea Pines Resort and must be visible throughout your stay in Sea Pines.

    Excellent location looking direct at the Harbour Town Clubhouse. Kitchen has all pots / pans / utensils needed to cook (for once we didn’t need to buy a pan or utensil). Has beach chairs etc also. Our 3 weeks went quick!

    We enjoyed spending a week in this villa. The location was perfect for our needs. The kitchen is well equipped, but it could use a refresh on some of the appliances/pans. Cleanliness was adequate, but could use a thorough cleaning. We brought our own lounge to watch the golfers go by -- a great way to spend a sunny afternoon. We will definitely return.

    We had a great stay over the 4th of July. We are regulars to Sea Pines (have been going regularly for over 15 years) and we all agreed this was one of our favorite places. The condo was a perfect spot - great location, comfortable cnd clean). We would definitely stay here again.

    Excellent location and utilities all in working order. I would happily stay there again. A couple of the screens on the property are in need of repair (allows for insects to make entry when doors or window are open and air not on). One of the storm window frames on the 3 season porch is in need of repair, to block insects from entering the porch.
