Truly top of line accommodations. Gorgeous view out the living room window...day and night!. Tastefully decorated. Very comfortable bed. Cleanest placed I have ever stayed...inside and out! We will return.

The view of the marina is stunning. We sat on the balcony and watched the waterfront come to life. It is comfortable and convenient to all of the shops and restaurants and waterfront activities are right outside of your door. We were on island during Hurricane Helene. Island Time kept us updated and informed. Fortunately, this property did well others than debris in the pool which was cleaned up quickly. A few take aways to make sure you are aware:Garage parking is for owners only and guests need to park outside in the lot. We were lucky and only had small amount of debris on our vehicle from the storm. We were there on the off season and the Dune Buggy shuttle was not running. Beach parking at the Palmetto Dunes beaches are at a premium and we had to go early in the morning. We also went to Driessen Beach which is 10 min away and enjoyed that very much! We would definitely stay here again and thank you to Julianne for sharing your home!!

Island Time management was helpful and informative.Sliding glass door hard to open and close. Bathroom door hard to close. Family room furniture just wasn’t very comfortable. Could not say there was a comfortable chair in the entire condo. Sheets were scratchy and just not comfortable. We went and bought new sheets to use while we were there. The thing that made it great, was the view of the marina.

Beautiful place. Even nicer than the photos. Mesmerizing views from the main room and patio. This is a truly amazing apartment with high ceilings, top notch furnishings, very large bathroom/shower areas, and lots of space for privacy. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the unit which has a perfect view and location. The cleaning service did a great job for the turnaround cleaning. Bathrooms, kitchen and floors were all very clean... even our light-colored socks stayed clean.We did have a few maintenance issues on our three week stay, but the management company, Island Time, was very responsive and resolved them quickly.We do have a few suggestions:The unit needs a periodical maintenance program where everything is reviewed, tested, and corrected if needed. During our stay, the toilets in all 3 bathrooms needed repair. Multiple lightbulbs needed to be replaced. The vents/ductwork are black with dirt buildup. The smoke detectors had the original batteries and the alarm went off at 1 am, which required us to change them by standing on a bar stool in the middle of the night. These are all things that should be addressed on a periodic basis. Another issue is the main bedroom mattress and the pillows throughout need to be replaced. The main bedroom mattress is severely sagging and the pillows are very cheap and uncomfortable (sore backs and necks). Heads up, the living room windowsills’ paint is bubbling, indication of a possible water issue. Sounds like a lot of cons but easily addressed as this unit, location, views, property management, and cleaning crew are great!! 510 Mainsail just needs a little deep TLC. Thanks

My stay was lovely, an excellent location we have stayed in Shelter Cove for 6 years so we were familiar with the area. The pool was relaxing, we had a pass for the beach and the rental bikes were there waiting for us the place is decorated very nicely which was the reason why I picked it. the place could use better pillows and more hangers we had 4 hangers per room.

Very spacious and the patio was a very cool place to hang out in. The hosts were nice. Would stay again!
