Stayed Apr 11, 2025We enjoyed the size of this home, its amenities and its location. It was a bit disconcerting to find out that the property we were sent to was different than the house we had rented. Fortunately they were very similar but more communication would have been appreciated. The house met the needs of our group. There were a few issues with the property that i have shared with the managaement. The BBQ needs to be replaced. Another major issue was there were a number of people in our group that would wake up congested which would clear throughout the day for most while out of the house. One individual with sinus sensitivity was uncomfortable throughout the stay and things only improved for him marginally when he opened the windows wide at night in his room. The question some of the engineers in our group were asking was has the air conditioning vents and filters been cleaned (could there be mold)? A few other complaints the pillows were not comfortable (too big), there should be more coffee cups for a house of the size and the last was that it could use a deep cleaning (if you had to move any furniture you may find dirt or receipts from months ago).Having said all of this, if the items shared with the managaement are addressed, this would be a great property and a great location.
