An ideal spot to enjoy all that Summit County has to offer as it offers easy access to Breckenridge Ski Resort (15 minutes), Frisco (10 minutes), Copper Mountain Resort (20 minutes), and Keystone Resort (20 minutes).
This spacious 2,472-square-foot townhome is fully stocked and ready for vacation mode. Beautiful inside and out, dine alfresco at the outdoor table while gazing at the panoramic views of Breck`s 5 Peaks. Take advantage of the outdoor firepit and gape at the clear night sky, where you can literally count the stars.
Walking in from the garage you will find a convenient mudroom with a washer and dryer, a wooden bench, and cubbies to stash all of your ski or hiking equipment.
The main floor has an open layout with a shared half bath, stylish dining for six, a plush living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a stone fireplace, and a glass door out to the back deck. The large stone fireplace offers the perfect setting for game night or for watching your favorite television show after a long day on the mountain.
The gorgeous kitchen is bright and well stocked with dishware, perfect for cooking your favorite meal. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove, drip coffee maker, spices, and more!
The main floor boasts the first master bedroom with a king bed, drawer space, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, a step-in glass shower, and a large soaking bathtub.
Off of the master bedroom, you will find the 6-person private hot tub, serviced and cleaned professionally before your stay.
The staircase will take you to the upper level with a second living space, offering a snug wrap-around couch and television. When it`s time for sleep, the couch converts to a full-sized sofa sleeper equipped with pillows, sheets, and blankets! No matter where you rest your head, you will be ensured a good night`s sleep for the day ahead.
The second King bedroom upstairs has a closet, and drawer space, as well as a queen pull-out sofa sleeper! This upstairs bedroom is incredibly spacious with more than enough room for four people. An attached bathroom shared with the living area has a roomy step-in glass shower and large vanity.
Down the hall, you`ll find another cozy, stylish King bedroom with a television, dresser drawer space, gorgeous views, and an attached ensuite bathroom!
During the summer months, you will have quick and easy access to Gold Hill Trailhead as well as other hiking and biking trails! Breckenridge is a Colorado town at the base of the Rocky Mountains’ Tenmile Range. It`s known for its ski resort, year-round alpine activities and Gold Rush history. The Victorian core of this former mining town is preserved as the Breckenridge National Historic District, running primarily along Main Street, with colorfully painted buildings from the 1880s and `90s housing shops, galleries and restaurants. You will be entering through the garage side door with the code provided.
We want you to enjoy your vacation but please remember at all times that this is somebody`s home and we expect you to treat it as if it were your own. No smoking. Please remove shoes and ski boots upon entering the home.

1. Agreement: 5 Diamond Lodging, INC (“5 Diamond Lodging”), the Owner and Guest agree as follows: Above Guest is an adult over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends, or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories and as a result will have to vacate the property immediately without any refund. No keys will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.

2. Cancellations: Cancellations 61 days or more will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 60 days of arrival: Deposit is forfeited.

3. Security Deposit: The signer of this Agreement agrees to Pay 5 Diamond Lodging the full rental price, which includes a security deposit/damage waiver. A security deposit will be collected for all stays in our executive properties, which must be paid separately and in full by Credit Card approval 30 days prior to check-in. Any damages, losses or excessive cleaning charges incurred by the signer or anyone in signer’s group will be withheld from your security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded after a routine inspection of the property has been made and no damage has been discovered. Agreeing to these terms you alone agree to accept responsibility for full payment of your reservation and the integrity of the property rented.

4. Check In: Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in times are allowed only when the property is cleaned and ready for occupancy and prior approval through 5 Diamond Lodging is required.

5. Check out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Prior approval by 5 Diamond Lodging is required for a late check-out. Please leave all keys, remote controls and garage door openers (if issued) at the location. A replacement fee will be charged for each lost key, remote control or garage door opener if misplaced.

6. Cleaning: Each property will be inspected and cleaned after your departure. The rental fee you have paid will provide for a normal cleaning so that you can enjoy your vacation right up to the last moment. You are required to leave the property in the same general condition in which it was received and follow the checkout checklist at departure.

    What a wonderful place to stay with our friends. It fit our needs perfectly. You won’t find many places with 3 King beds. I specifically needed one on the main floor as I’m a recent amputee so stairs would’ve been harder for me and my new prosthetic. Also, the communication was really good with the host “team”.

    We loved this property, the location, access to water, bedrooms- it was all perfect! The master room downstairs does not have access to a closet but we just used the front closet for this. Overall we cannot wait to come back and visit again.

    The house is awesome. Perfect location, in between downtown Breck and downtown Frisco. Literally 10-15 min from everything. Wonderful amenities and lovely view. Would highly recommend!

    Lovely home and came as advertised. Close proximity (20 mins or less) to four resorts. Very clean and well equipped with a gorgeous view of the mountains from the front patio.

    We have been coming to Breck over the holidays for years now and rent new homes each year. This house had everything you needed to enjoy your stay and feel as though you were in your own home. The kitchen was stocked with everything which is huge for us as we cook a lot and often feel that rentals never really have what you need to cook. There were plenty of plates and glasses as well to accommodate the 10 of us. The beds were all comfy and even my teenage son said the pull out queen coach was comfy. We enjoyed the hot tub as well and the location to the trash disposal was appreciated! The home is a quick 10 minute drive to the Gondola which was easy in the mornings. Breck town traffic is terrible from 4-6:30pm so it was nice to have the house a little away from the town. We also enjoyed the rec center right up the road and for 20 a day you can enjoy indoor swimming, rock climbing walk, indoor track, indoor basketball, turf field and weight rooms and cardio center. Would definitely rent this property again!

    Perfect arrangement for us with each of 3 families having their own bedroom and bathroom. Rooms were dark for sleeping, kitchen well appointed for cooking, located at the end of a culdesac for privacy and safety for little ones. Well thought out for renters with instructions posted and lights labeled. We loved it and hope to rent again!

    This property was amazing! It was so clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. We had small children with us and they had so many games and coloring pages/markers and other activities that kept the kids busy for hours. We appreciated those extra touches so much. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked - there was nothing we were lacking. The community is quiet and in a great spot just 10 minutes from Breckenridge and Frisco. Highly recommend!

    We had a great time at this house. The beds and linens are very comfortable, it was very clean, well supplied, and beautiful. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. The couple times we contacted the manager of property they were so friendly and helpful. (It was mostly our fault for not reading the house manual and needed to figure out how things worked.) ;) Great place.
