I loved how clean the unit was and how close it was to the beach. It was perfect for my boyfriend and I and we loved how you could literally hear the crashing waves from bedroom and balcony. It was very helpful having restaurants, a coffee shop, and a convenient store in walking distance as well.

Lovely stay!
As long as you can handle the 3 flights of stairs the views from the 3rd floor Building A are the best! Walked out the front door to watch the sun rise every morning and drank coffee on the porch because the sun is not directly shining on Building A like it is on Building C. Building A is right by the pier and 1 of the beach accesses. The units are small, but you don’t feel cramped with 2 adults. Great location. We walked to breakfast, Sea Biscuit and dinner almost every day. The only thing I wished this place had was a Kuerig coffee pot. Had to go back to old school. No Starbucks close by. Grounds are very well maintained. Pool cleaned daily. Overall a great little weekend get away. I will note on one side is the county park (bathrooms, showers) and across the street is the only public parking, so the beach is crowded in this area more so than other areas, but we were not on top of each other
The location is amazing! Can walk to many restaurants and some shops. Beach and pool access couldn’t be beat. Only complaint is that there is not an elevator. There are A LOT of stairs. Otherwise we loved it!
Appliances and furnishings were all kept up to date and in good working condition.
Ideal location to EVERYTHING! Property was neat and clean and looked freshly updated. Well equipped to just be able to relax.

Being on the third floor came with a great view of the beach. With that, no elevators so you have to make the trek up with all your belongings. Inside was ok, had a few little updates but not fully updated. Door handle and oven handle were dangling off when we got there. We did report it and the company had it fixed…unexpectedly. Fixed one thing while we were gone. Handyman showed up while we were getting ready another day and fixed the door handle. Kind of awkward. Bed was super uncomfortable and caved in the middle. Best part of this place is the beach access and the close proximity to shops and restaurants.
We enjoyed this vacation very much! Two reasons for the 3 star review! One - the gate code to the beach access didn’t work until the second day we were there! Also this is right next to a public beach access attached to a park, so it wasn’t as private as the rest of Isle of Palms
We loved staying here! It has a wonderful view, is neat, clean and updated decor. The location is perfect to enjoy the beach, go into town or just relax on the balcony. We will definitely rent this lovely place again!
Easy check in and out, the parking pass was inside like they said it would be. The place was clean, quite and had amazing access and views of the beach! We liked the private access to the pool, beach and pier as well. It's in a great area where you're able to walk to some restaurants and shops. We booked it just to be close to the ocean and weren't expecting all the other sites being so close. The kids loved it and were so excited and kept calling it our house during our stay. We miss it already and hope to book here next year!
It was a short walk to the beach, a nice villa with a great view
Location was amazing, as well the amenities. The pool, pier and beach access were lovely. But this unit from I’m guessing the 80s or 90s was about 30% flipped. The kitchen was really well done. The rest of the unit had the landlord special - paint over everything. Dust and mold in vents, piles of hair that weren’t cleaned, cracked tile and more. Would not stay again
The property was just as described. It was very comfortable for the two of us…and more than that and it would have been crowded. There was an adequate amount of dishes/pots and pans but the cookware was of poor quality so we had to go purchase our own. There was no ice maker so I would suggest more than 2 ice cube trays for the freezer. Over all, it was a great place to stay. We would a visit again.
Really beautiful and convenient place to stay! The unit itself was great! Sea cabins is perfectly placed away from hustle of downtown and close enough where you can go anywhere in Charleston for dinner or entertainment! The Sea Cabins as a whole could use some updates but our unit was beautiful and with very modern furniture, great view and you can’t beat the beach access with private pier on location!
Everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed staying here. Although walking 3 flights of stairs with 4 kids and a lot of luggage isn't ideal, we made the best of it. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The room had a great view of the beach and pool area. Would definitely stay here again.
Perfect place (except one snake that made me jump ) never had to turn the car on ! Everything we needed or wanted in walking distance . Thanks let’s do it again
