Great villa with pool, next to the town and beaches, ideal for families.

What an amazing property and from booking to our arrival and stay Paco has been fantastic. The house is clean, really well equipped and in a quiet location but walking distance to shops (about a mile and a bit) We've had a brilliant week and would definitely book and come again

We arrived late and Paco and toni were there to greet us and our two dogs. Upon arrival we were greeted with hosts who we felt we had known for many years! Happy, helpful but not obtrusive. They knew we just needed to relax! So, after a very happy checkin we just sat in the lovely outdoor area stareing at the pool and lovely flat enclosed outdoor space. Perfect for two Mastins, whilst our dogs are quite lazy they will search in pursuit of food, goats to round up or otherwise but they were in heaven as the space here is amazing. So very well maintained. We have a business for many years here in Spain so didn¨t venture out too much as we just needed to read, realx and eat.. The pool is wonderfult too but a little cold for my liking in May - but that´s just me! I´m nesh On the last night (I was sad to be leaving) but had to return to attend to work but we did venture into Conil town. Lots of bars and restaurants, lovely but we just wanted to go back to the villa and enjoy the tranquility and peace. The villa is just a few minutes drives into town, Mercadona and Aldi very near. Quite honestly, you can stay day in and day out at Paco and Toni´s villa and never move or, enjoy the nearbytown and beach. We chose to do the former and it was perfect. We were guests in Paco's house for ten days with 4 senior adults. The house is in a quiet location. It is equipped with every comfort. The location is easy to find thanks to Paco's directions. We enjoyed the pool. If there is anything, paco is easy to reach via Whatts app and he solves it. A perfect host. We can recommend the house to people who want to visit this part of Spain.

Paco will help you with any needs. The house is beautiful and the garden much more. I highly recommend the house.

First class accommodation in a quiet area away from the noisy traffic of Conil but with easy walking distance of all facilities and the sea. The villa is very comfortable- the owner has thought of everything. Would highly recommend.

The house offers all the space you need but the garden is even more spacious and very lovely, just as the pool is. The villa is equiped with (almost) everything you need. No `100% luxery, but quite OK especially in comparition to the price. Think we will be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. There was plenty of space even for six persons (we were two). It was a very nice pool. The area was calm, no traffic, just some barking dogs and roosters. 15 minutes walk to town and 25 minutes to the citycenter. Don´t forget to bring a flashlight if you come home late. There is not street lighting all the way to the house. Paco is very friendly and answer your questions quickly. You can always call him at WhatsApp. Muchas gracias Paco
