Relax and enjoy the quiet beauty of Seabrook Island while vacationing at this lovely 2 bedroom Spinnaker!

Spinnakers are next door to the Island House restaurants, making it an easy walk to the beach and Club oceanfront pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant, and golf. Enjoy the distant ocean view from the balcony off the master bedroom. Large picture windows in the living room and dining room offer a glimpse into the wildlife at Seabrook.

735 Spinnaker has akitchen open to the dining room with granite countertops, new cabinets, appliances and more. Features include parquet flooring, deck with gas grill, Smart TV's, DVD player. There is counter seating as well as a dining room table to enjoy each others company.

The first floor bedroom sleeps three and has a queen size bed, plus another Twin with a trundle bed, TV and a nearby full bathroom. Upstairs the master bedroom boasts a king size bed, TV, and full bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead to a balcony with distant ocean views - perfect to relax after a day at the beach or gaze at the stars at night.

This property has a high efficiency washer - HE laundry detergent recommended (Low-Sud formula).

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your key to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

    House was a little more dated than expected. Water damage on ceiling upstairs. Dishwasher smelled when ran. Broken item at sink upon arrival. Overall, clean enough and fine for a short stay.

    Location was great. It is across from walkway to beach and short walk to clubhouse for pool. Checkin process was super easy. Furniture has been upgraded. Place could use renovation and more towels. It served its purpose as our stay was not long. Lower bathroom shower head could use some maintenance and the curtain holder upstairs was non existent on one side. Overall great stay. We will go back to the area.

    This property was absolutely perfect for our beach getaway! The access to the beach, literally steps from the front door, was unbeatable. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and taking early morning walks along the shore. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Whether you're looking to lounge by the beach all day or explore nearby attractions, this spot has it all. We can’t wait to return for our next vacation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay by the ocean!

    The location to the beach was great. The property was well maintained but a little dated. We like to clean up after ourselves daily but broom or mop was provided.

    The house owners get kudos. The place was clean and comfy. The kitchen was surprisingly well kitted out. And the place was 50 feet from the boardwalk to the beach! Well done!
