Stayed Feb 19, 2025This home was wonderful and as advertised! We had a large group of family and it had plenty of room. Kids had a great time in the pool and adults had great time playing pool in the garage. Movie room and theme rooms were great! Owner was very responsive. I would highly recommend this home for large groups!

Stayed Jun 13, 2024Absolutely the worst VRBO experience ever. Andres STR made the online photos of the house to look like it was the perfect Family Vacation rental....but it was all LIES!!! Nothing worked, when we arrived the pool was disgusting, literally green with dog hair in it--so they came and dumped tons of chemicals in it to shock it...of course we could not swim in it after that, the hot tub was broken - neither the heat or the spa jets worked (service guy came out to the house and could not believe how many things were wrong with it), wifi/tv constantly going out, we couldn't watch one playoff baseball game without it going out at least 2 times, game room completely broken--the air hockey table doesn't even have the metal electrical prongs on the plug in, they were removed so you could not plug it into the wall to supply power to it...IT IS ONLY THERE TO ADVERTISE IN THE PHOTOS - IT DOES NOT WORK. Pool stick was literally broken and the other one had no cue tip at all, so no playing pool either...literally all we could do at this house was sleep. All the families in the VRBO houses around us were out by the pool having barbeques and splashing in the pool and hot tub. We were stuck inside this nightmare of a vacation home. I was so embarrassed and completely devastated, as I am the one who picked it for our annual family vacation. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!

Stayed Dec 30, 2024So mostly good, it's tough to make coffee without filters and since there coffee maker does not come with one and they don't leave anything from previous renters, you know you can't buy just a couple filters, morning coffee was not available. We booked the house for 16 people and there was exactly 16 towels. I requested extra towels several times, must cost them a lot to leave extra towels in the bathroom Linen closets, we never received more towels. We also paid to have the pool heated, highest temp in the spa was 84. It was set at 101, so something was wrong. The house itself was great, kids had a blast in the game room and swam in the pool, not the adults, just the kids. The bedrooms were nice, mattresses, not so much. We have stayed in a lot of vacation homes and this was the first one that had fewer amenities than a hotel. Whoever cleans for them leaves nothing left behind for the new renters. Their are no mixing bowls, no pitchers to make tea, no Ziploc bags, foil, cling wrap and no spices for cooking. We rent a home so we can cook, kinda hard to do that with only salt and pepper. All in all everyone had a nice time but I won't be back. Justthe first morning

Stayed Dec 23, 2024The house is beautiful. The rooms and beds are comfortable. Everything is in working order. The property manager was very responsive. We had lots of fun and we will consider rentibg this house again.

Stayed Nov 4, 2024Our family of 7 greatly enjoyed this property. The house is very spacious with beautiful bedrooms and a family friendly pool area. We liked the neighborhood and appreciated the close proximity of grocery, coffee and gas. Checking in was a breeze and the host was EXTREMELY responsive to all questions/requests.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Very clean, spacious, and full of amenities . Check in was a nightmare but that was partly my fault. Great response time to any concerns we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jul 12, 2024To start I couldn't check it at the gate. They never had me registered at the gate. I got to the house my code did not work. I had to call the office and after about 5 calls someone answered and had to remotely open the door. I never received the email with my new door code. No hot water in the kitchen. Maintenance never came to fix it after i sent the picture of the valves under the sink as they asked me to send. Over all I am very disappointed.
