Perfect location with regard to getting onto the bike/walking pathways and short walk or bike ride to the beach. The condo was modern, well appointed and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and it was fun watching all the wildlife out our window at breakfast and lunch.

We were so pleased to discover your one bedroom villa near Turtle Beach was just a nice as the pictures make it look. Clean, brights, perfectly quiet location, with a nice screened in porch overlooking the lagoon...& alligators. We appreciated the rental credit, which allowed us to have bikes readily available. We thoroughly enjoyed biking the paths and the beach. A bike ride to the Ocean Course for lunch is an absolute must! As others have already said, the bed is firm. However, everything else about this Villa make it worth it. We will be back!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall decent experience, minus a few complaints1. Check in is 4pm, checkout is 10am. You're still charged the full day amount for both of those days.2. Refrigerator worked, but even after turning down, it still didn't get very cold, probably 40 degrees.3. Killed 2 cockroaches. Both fairly large in the kitchen and bathroom.

If you like a firm mattress then this place is for you ( was a bit too firm for us ). Would recommend to others. We did a little crabbing, bike riding (to the beach), went into Charleston and had a sunset cruise on the harbor which was gorgeous.
