Gorgeous, Spacious villa / Ideal for long stays / Message for discounts

Nice house, pool was great. House was clean enough but not exceptional- counters were dirty, dirt under the couches. The bar chairs were broken, dryer works, but not without complications and contacting the owner. AC set on 72 at the lowest, it was extremely hot inside. Listing stated keurig- no keurig. Only starter (one) toilet paper, paper towels and dish washing soap provided, be sure to bring your own. Towels and pool towels provided, no wash clothes on property. Overall we’d stay again, listing needs updated with details to make stay easier for future guests. Owners responsive and nice to deal with.

We really enjoyed our week here at the VRBO house especially being able to have separate bedrooms for everyone. The pool was awesome and so relaxing with the waterfall. Definitely recommend this owner they are quick to respond and understanding. My family can't wait to stay there again in a couple years.

We stayed in the villa from 18-28th December 2024. Communication with the owners was fine and we accessed the property without any issues. The villa is a comfortable size with plenty of space inside and out. The villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and we enjoyed watching the locals playing golf and the wildlife that attended to the pond area around the back. The complimentary items provided were a lovely gesture. The villa in a good location, close to popular restaurants/fast food places - perfect for our teens. Also not too far a drive to theme parks, shopping outlets etc. The WiFi worked perfectly and there were plenty of sockets in each room. We paid for pool heating and this was definitely required.  We were slightly disappointed that the house wasn't decorated for Christmas, especially as lots of residents had really gone to town with their decorations. We had no reason to contact the owners during our stay- everything was in working order. However, we did come to the conclusion that the property could do with some TLC and some time from a handy man/woman.  *The decor could do with modernising and the blue wall downstairs is a bit random and doesn’t match anything else. *Lots of window blinds need replacing as they are damaged and look shabby. *The living room curtains don’t fit the patio doors properly. *Some curtain poles need securely fixing to the walls. *The pool water feature is incredibly loud and it is hard to hear each other talking when you are outsi

We had a great time at this property. The pool was very refreshing and the house was well maintained. The owners were also very attentive to make sure we had what we needed and had a good time. Thank you for allowing us to use your home. I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend to any family looking for a nice house with a pool near the parks.

We just got back from staying at this property for our Disney vacation. We love this area due to it being so close to the parks and Old Town. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool and having their own space upstairs. We will definitely be looking to book again next year.

Very spacious clean house and clean pool. Quiet neighborhood. I like that we had privacy in the pool area and a nice view. It was perfect for our time there budget friendly. I appreciate the small amenities that was there like the waters, snacks, coffee and sugar. Location was good, It is 30 minutes away from all the parks, Disney springs and a hour drive from silver glen springs and Epperson lagoon which was part of our itinerary but what I liked most of all about the location was that it is close to a lot of restaurants, fast food places ,ice cream shops, Walmart , target, Starbucks and way more. Being that I had 3 teens food and restaurants was important to us they were over excited to see that we were only 10 min away from a Raisinig canes and Chick-fil-A. And any tik tok viral locations and snack spots. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again when we go back!

The house was clean and was better than described! Basic amenities were provided along with extra stuff in the pantry for guests to use. Loved that they provided baby items! The pool was beautiful and clean. Quiet neighborhood & close to everything. Already wanting to book again.

Our stay was super enjoyable, any problem we had we could get ahold of the manager and they helped us so much to get it fixed so we could keep relaxing! We were close to all the parks which was perfect for us. The themed rooms for kids was awesome for my girls. Definitely would recommend them!
