Your dream beach getaway starts here at 119 The Greens, a lovely updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa that comfortably accommodates a family or group of ten. Close to the beach with a private complex pool.

A spacious open plan with living and dining area that open to the fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy activities together. The main floor views the golf course and a wrap around deck.

The living area features a sectional sofa, TV and comfortable chair all with a golf view! Enjoy books and games provided. The dining table seats 8 and is open to kitchen and living area. You will also enjoy 2 bar stools for convenient meals in the kitchen.

On the first floor you will find master bedroom with king bed, TV and beautiful views out to the golf course. Full bathroom with walk in shower and double sinks. Laundry room is also on the first floor.

The second floor has two guest suites, one with 2 queen beds and full bath with tub/shower combination, the other with two double beds, TV and full bath with walk in shower.

The complex is situated around beautiful fairways and manicured grounds. This townhome is located only a short walk away from the beach, golf, tennis and the newly renovated private complex pool. Get outside and enjoy over 50 miles of bike paths on the island.

If you prefer to drive to the beach, you will be provided a car pass. During the summer months there is a shuttle that stops in the parking lot and will transport guests to the beach club which is located oceanfront in Shipyard Plantation.
