Stunning 3 bedroom villa! Ocean Winds Villas are in a Mediterranean-styled complex. The buildings have great common grounds with tiled patio courtyards featuring community dining areas, couches and chairs. You will have access to gas grills and corn hole available to you. The grounds have lovely landscaping looking on to the Crooked Oaks golf course. interspersed through the grounds are whimsical bronze statues of frogs and shorebirds. The villas are located close, less than 1/2 mile, to Seabrook Island Club's main Beach Club pools and dining, boardwalks with access to 3.5 miles of private beach front. Ocean Winds Villas are surrounded by majestic live oaks, softly draped with Spanish moss, creating a lovely Low-Country view from your windows.

Park underneath the building and take the elevator straight to the third floor. The covered walk-ways lead you to your vacation home! Enter this property and instantly feel yourself unwind. The villa has synthetic wood flooring throughout. Each room has been professionally decorated. The open main living space lets everyone gather together. The kitchen is well appointed and has a large center island, custom cabinets, Quartz counters, and new stainless steel GE appliances including an induction stove and wine refrigerator. There is seating for four at the center island. The round dining table seats six comfortably - gather around the table to share meals or hang out over a game of cards in the evening. The main living room has leather furniture and a 65 Smart TV. Sliding doors off the living and dining area lead out to the screen porch. Two separate seating vignettes are on the porch. Watch the golfers stroll up the 18th fairway and hear the gentle waves rolling onto the beach! Ceiling fans keep you cool while enjoying the low country breezes.

This villa has three bedrooms all with ceiling fans and en-suite baths. The primary bedroom has a king bed and 55 Smart TV and views of the golf course. Off the bedroom is the private primary bath, complete with double sink Quartz vanity. There is a large walk-in tiled shower with both a Rain Head faucet and wand faucet. On the other side of the villa you will find two guest bedrooms. The queen guest room has a private bath with a walk-in shower. In the third guest bedroom are two twin beds with access to the full bath. Outside the guest bedrooms is the laundry closet. Behind the sliding barn door is the stacked full size washer and dryer.

IMPORTANT: Completion of the Coastal Getaways Rental Agreement is required for all reservations, including bookings made through online travel agencies (VRBO, AirBnB, etc). Reservation confirmation and property access are contingent upon receipt of the signed agreement.

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

This villa is very nicely located near many of Seabrook Island's fine amenities. Ride your bike to the Beach Club pools, Island House or Pelican's Nest outdoor oceanfront restaurant, or the two championship golf courses, Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds. These amenities and the ocean is just 0.9 miles from the home; it won't take you long to have your toes in the sand. North Beach where you may catch the dolphin strand-feeding is a short 1.3 mile ride.

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your key to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.

    Overall - great! Centrally located. Nice refinish. Only issue was the front door kept sticking and was hard to open. Could also use some instructions for stove top. Really enjoyed our stay - thank you!
