Gondola Vista 5 Bedroom Villa

Great place and location.

Overall, the property was nice. However, upon arrival, the house temperature was 49 degrees on the 1st floor, 50 degrees on the 2nd floor, and 52 degrees on the 3rd floor. We raised the temperature on the thermostats on the 1st and 2nd floors but the temperature only rose to 58 degrees after 4 hours. We contacted the property management team and they said that they could only get a maintenance person to the house the next morning at 8:00. We had to stay in a house where the temperature only rose to the lowers 60’s after 8 hours of arrival. Very disappointing to have to spend quality time worrying and communicating with property management when we should’ve have been enjoying our time on a unit that was very costly per each night’s stay!

Property was clean, a home away from home. Well furnished and in working condition. Expensive. Wish the check out time was later than 10 am. Paid extra for a noon check out

Great central location, beautiful accommodations. Host was responsive when we had questions. Finally, area is breathtaking. Love Lake Tahoe.

The property was wonderful - perfectly set up for our group and extremely clean and well maintained. We loved the entire set up. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with the outdoor fireplace, as well as the easy access to the Village. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was one of the best properties that we've ever rented.

Great house and fantastic location for walk access to South Lake village and gondola. Bathrooms and common areas could use extra hooks and bars for hanging ski items.

Great spot, pricey

This property was absolutely stunning. First, The interior was gorgeous, and also so roomy! The listing indicated the downstairs area had one queen bed, but in fact it had two. There were no photographs of the downstairs area so this was a pleasant surprise. The outdoor area had a frisbee golf court, which the kids lived! The check in process was so easy. The staff was kind and quick to respond when I reached out with questions. Our family will definitely be staying again in the future!

This has to be one of the nicest places my family has stayed.

Upscale townhome with very nice amenities. 3 levels were a little inconvenient but otherwise was very spacious and upscale. Only issue was reaching property managers which were only reachable by text or email. Our request for extra pillows and blankets was delayed by one day which was the one negative.
