The tennis instruction is first rate and the facilities are excellent.

Our toilet needed to be fixed the first night (very poor communication before finally fixed), the kitchen faucet is very loose, the dishwasher does not close properly, the patio doors are difficult to move, the washer is too loud, the dryer takes hours to dry and is filled with lint, the kitchen is missing key needs such as dish rags and towels, hot pads and a dish pan and rack. Nothing major, just a lot of minor inconveniences that could easily be addressed to make for a better experience.

Upon arriving, there were a few things that needed attention and someone came to address those right away. We do think the appliances could use an update and it was disappointing that there was only 1 couch and 1 chair to use while watching TV or reading. The photo showed 2 couches and a chair. However, we had no problem entertaining with our friends and had 8 people over for dinner one evening and it was no problem. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The bathroom on the main floor was a little dated. The toilet never did work properly even though a service person came to look at it. It probably needs replacing. We had to constantly fill the water tank with water manually. And guests had to use that bathroom as there is no powder room. The upstairs suite was extremely nice. We had guests stay with us one week and they were very comfortable. Lastly, the dryer must need service since it took hours (not kidding) to dry a medius size load of clothing. Overall, it was a very nice condo and good for a long term stay. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Reviewer Comments: I love the vacation vibes at Palmetto Dunes, the tennis facilities are the best!! Patrick and Eric keep the tennis flowing, lots of fun. The unit I stayed in (272 Turnberry) needs new appliances! The dishwasher and dryer are both on there last legs and barely work. The place needs a seriously deep cleaning too, it’s filthy.

We enjoyed the pool and easy access to golf and pickleball. We road bikes to the beach and found the access by the Disney Resort convenient.
