GEM OF THE SEA LUXURY BEACH VILLA FOR 12 PERSONS WITH NEW INFINITY POOL

ON 1th OF MAY IS OPENED A BRAND-NEW, LUXURY INFINITY POOL (8 x 4 metres or 26 x 13 feet) WITH A HYDROMASSAGE.
The pool is private.
The pool is connected to the summer kitchen with and a barbecue.
Our eco-pool is one hundred percent safe: it does not contain any chemicals or chlorine, but works with a generator and electrolysis of the salt water. This means that – instead of chlorine – we put salt in our pool.
Water and salt pass through a generator, which - throughthe process of electrolysis - isolates the chloride ion in the salt. This pure chlorine cleans and purifies the pool water, and then binds again to the salt.

There is no danger of any skin reactions that are sometimes associated with traditional pools. This pool is safe for everyone – including young children!

We are a small family business, and our guests' comfort and health are our top priority. This is why we will be taking additional precautions to keep you healthy and safe: upon the departure of each guest, our cleaning team will disinfect and thoroughly clean all surfaces in the suite. 
In addition, we will provide alcohol based hand disinfecting gel in each suite for free. We are dedicated to keeping you healthy, safe, and comfortable. 

The villa has a new luxury ground floor apartment for 4 persons called SASHA, a new luxury apartment on the first floor for 4 persons called ALENKA and a new luxury top floor apartment for 4 persons called ANYA. 
The villa is right by the sea, has a small beach in front of the house for our guests. 

You will have at your disposal internet free access in whole area, top quality Mitsubishi air conditioner in each bedroom, separate entrance in each apartment, summer kitchen with barbecue which is connected with brand new infinity swimming pool with hydromassage, large sun deck around the pool with sun loungers, parasols, outdoor furniture, and three private parking spots. 
On bedrooms doors throughout the apartment are mosquito nets! 

Also we will provide you with: beach parasols, beach longhairs, beach towels, dishwasher detergent, liquid hand-soap in the bathroom, trash bags in the kitchen and the bathroom.
Villa has the best location in this area - located right near the small beach for our guests, a 3 km long seaside promenade with many cafes and restaurants and tourist boat stop to Trogir and Split! It is very peaceful and quiet as well!

Villa is only 7 km from Split International Airport and 3 km from historical town-museum Trogir, one of the jewels of the Dalmatian coast. A food shop is only 50 meters away.

We have a Croatian Tourist Board license. It's a small family-run business and we'll make our best to provide you with an excellent service and give you a memorable experience of the Mediterranean as it once was.
You will be welcome in the villa by owner and housekeeper who will be there in case of any problem related to the house during your stay. We can organize for you different excursions to the near towns, National parks and islands and give you all information.

If you want we can organize for you taxi from the airport to the villa.
In front of the villa is 3 km long seaside promenade with many cafes, restaurants and small beaches.

200 meters on the left side you can find a few restaurants in the fisherman village, or café, pizzeria and small restaurant 50 meters from the villa on the right side.
Further, if you walk on seaside promenade on the right side you will find many small beaches, cafes and restaurants and finally you will find big complex of hotel Medena with surfing, diving, mini golf, playgrounds, many excursions to near islands Solta, Brac, Hvar, Krka national park, Dubrovnik, etc..

Only 50 meters from the villa is small shop for basic essential open every day from 7 am until 9 pm.
The historical town museum Trogir is only 3 km away.
In front of the villa is tourist boat stop to Trogir runs every 15 minutes from 9 am until 11 pm and twice of week to Split.
Airport Split is only 7 km away. Airport Zadar is 120 km away.
There is no noise from the airport. It is an absolutely quiet place for a nice family holiday.
There is no house on the left and or the right side of the villa.
We are always here for you for any kind of information: regarding excursions by van or boat, restaurants and table reservations, or any help in planning your trips.

How to get there:

By plane: Split International Airport is only 7 kilometers away. We can organize for you a taxi from the airport to the villa.
Zadar international airport is 120 km away (one and half hour drive). Also we can organize for you a taxi from Zadar airport to the villa.

By boat or by train to Split: the Split bus terminal is right next to the train station and they're both conveniently located in the harbour. There are buses from Split to Trogir approximately every hour.

By car: If you're driving on the motorway from the direction of Zadar and Sibenik (from the North or the West), after you pass the towns like Sibenik and Primosten, small villages like Marina, you will see the sign for Seget Donji. When you see the sign for the hotel Jadran, take the next small exit to the right in the direction of the sea (50 meters from Jadran - a small pine forest separates the house and the hotel). Our house is right by the sea.
