Funtastic Getaway - Amazing Game Room with A/C!

This house was the BEST!! So many little extra's, we wouldn't have had to go out for much else besides food. The pool and hot tub got so hot (with paid heat) which was nice for cold weather in Feb. Beds were so comfortable, house felt very clean, kids were obsessed with play kitchen and arcade. So nice to have a pack n play, bed rails, high chair. I forgot my code and Gerry answered right away. Loved everything about our stay and we were so sad to leave- will definitely book again in the future!

Great location, games room is out of this world. Four good sized bedrooms and a great hot tub, for those relaxing moments.There were a few minor points which were all addressed within a few minutes, great response.There was a nice touch on arrival, a Christmas tree.In short, great location, good villa, great service.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Funtastic Getaway! The villa exceeded all our expectations — the space was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. Gerry was a dream host: his communication was prompt, friendly, and always accommodating. Every time we had a question or a request, he was quick to respond and went out of his way to make things smooth and easy.From arrival to departure, everything felt seamless. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you, Gerry, for making this such a memorable trip. We’ll definitely be back and recommend this place to all our friends!

Host was on top of all things needed, communication was excellent, directions were clear for what needed done prior to and after arrival, clean home…the arcade was the nearest. Will recommend to anyone going to Orlando.

We had a wonderful stay here. No problems. Great communication. Clean and had everything we needed. 20 minutes drive from Disney and 35 minutes from universal.

Loved the games

This house was the perfect complement to our Disney vacation. Location of the house was very impressive. Close to all parks, restaurants, and retail. The game room was on point with the video games. The whole family enjoyed ending our days with pool and hot tub time. A really great stay!

It was the perfect house for a smaller family or group. The house was clean and well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed and the kids plates/silverware was a huge bonus for us. The gameroom was incredible and the little kitchen set toy was fantastic for our little one. Our kiddos loved the game counsels in the bedrooms and were surprised to find dvds and a few board games in the tv stand. Pool was just the right size. It was definitely worth paying the little extra to have it heated. We brought a few floaties with us and left them behind for the next guests to enjoy. The gated community the house is in is really nice. Overall, zero complaints and we would absolutely stay here again.

Would stay again. Little disappointed that the resort pool closest to us was under construction. House itself is exactly as advertised and owner answered/corrected a few of our questions very quickly.

We had a great experience! The house was as listed and clean! The owner was very responsive to questions and concerns. The game room kept the kids and adults occupied when we weren’t using the pool or hot tub! Future travelers make sure to use the pool cover if paying for heat that made a difference for us. :-)

Overall we had a lovely time at this home. The children loved the pool and game room. It was a quiet neighborhood that has a nature trail and playgrounds to enjoy. The layout of the house was nice and roomy. Comfortable seating and beds all around. We would definitely stay again! My one piece of feedback would be that the house was not as clean as we would have expected when we arrived. It was not dirty but just some dust and dirt on the floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. Not a big deal but walking in to an extremely clean place is something we look for when renting places to stay. Thanks for having us! We are hoping to be back next year!!

We stayed as a group five with two adults and three children and absolutely loved the villa,the villa was in a safe and beautiful area not too far from the parks. The villa was very clean and had a large south facing pool,the kids loved the games room and kept us all entertained. Gerry was fantastic and communication was perfect,I would recommend a stay here.

This house was perfect. We loved the pool and hot tub and all the child proof safety products they used. We never had to worry about my grand daughter who turned 2 during this trip getting anywhere near the pool. The pool fence was perfect. The size was great and we never felt crowded. The location was close enough to Disney that we didn’t have to worry about the drive at all. So close to restaurants and stores. The whole process was easy and convenient. Thanks Gerry, he always answered me even while he was on vacation.

This was such a refreshing, stress-free villa! It has enough relaxation and entertainment for the family. I would stay here again for sure!! Easy to access, close to Disney, host was EXCELLENT!!

Just returned home after spending 2 weeks in the fabulous Funtastic Getaway villa. The villa was clean and exactly as listed. We all enjoyed the lovely clean pool area and the games room. It was a struggle to get the granddaughters out of the pool as they loved it. The location of the villa is great for Disney as it is only a short drive. Emerald Island is a great, secure resort. Gerry is an excellent host giving all sufficient information prior to your stay. We received an email on the day we arrived, welcoming us and enquiring if everything was ok. Gerry responded to any queries/questions virtually straight away. We highly recommend this villa and hopeful we'll return in the future.
