Fresh and modern 4 bedroom Villa In Sanur

Myself and three friend spent 7 days in the villa,unfortunately my friend had a very bad fall from the stairs that had no hand rails where they were needed for safety,the upstairs bathroom was so smelly and no hot water so we could not use it. I have contacted Matin re these problems and he is in the process of fixing both these problems. My suggestion would be to contact Martin when you book the villa to make sure the problems have been fixed. The beds and bathrooms and the rest of the unit was very comfortable a short walk to the main area a much longer walk to the beach.

This house would be great for three couples or a family with older children. Location is great, only five minutes walk from the Main Street of Sanur (Hardy’s department store, shops, restaurants, bike rentals). The two downstairs bedrooms have king sized comfortable beds. The upstairs bedrooms have one king and the other has two single beds. The stairs are very steep so not suitable for younger children or anyone with mobility issues. (There was a cot and high chair also). It has a full kitchen and a laundry. The pool is small but lovely. We felt safe there with good security. It was clean and modern. Mosquitos were an issue so suggest some repellant. House keeper came daily and was friendly and helpful. The owners were great to deal with and addressed any issues quickly. It is great value for money and our party of four enjoyed our 9 day stay. So much more relaxing than a hotel where you have to share space with strangers. I recommend this villa and would stay again. ??

The villa is a large open plan Villa with plenty of room for a family. All the amenities we needed with a great patio area and small pool outside in the garden. The downstairs en suite bedrooms have huge very comfortable king beds with fantastic air conditioning. Great Showers. We were very impressed. The upstairs rooms share a bathroom but are also comfortable.Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who visited each day. We arrived very late but were met at the airport and then shown around the villa. There were also supplies left in the kitchen at our request. The villa is situated in the heart of Sanur only 10 mins walk to the town and beach. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Marten organised a driver for a couple of day trips which were excellent. A beautiful place to visit, you must get out and see the area.I would definately recommend this.

We rented this house over christmas and new year. The owner had taking care of everything for us from pick up and delivery at airport to many questions about Bali and Sanur. The house was in à perfect location close the beach and all the stores and restaurants . But in à calm area. The garden and the pool was perfect. We had amazing holiday so rented the house.
