FREE Pool Heat - Stay in the BEST Luxury 5 bedroom villa with SOUTH facing pool

Everything was excelent

The house was open, high ceilings, plenty of space for all of my family. The amenities were used daliy and very appreciated. Very clean and close to everything we wanted and needed. Very peaceful neighborhood/community which was great. Our host was wonderful and available at all times. Others should take note. We would all love to come back again!

House was as described, location is excellent for the Disney parks. John was easy to work with.

Had a great stay. Home accommodations were all in all good. Had an issue with the hot tub heater initially. Someone came out and repaired pretty quickly. Location was close to many great eating options. Host was responsive.

Our stay in this villa was wonderful. Villa could not be faulted in any way. Check in and villa entry easy. All information stated was correct and any questions before and during booking answered quickly and honestly by John, a fantastic host. A couple of issues arose during stay but sorted within minuets, not hours, with a very efficient maintenance setup. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. If I return to Orlando I would not hesitate to book this villa again. FANTASTIC

The pictures didnt show the real beauty and how spacious the house was. The only negative I had was there's no handrails for the pool so it's hard for me to get on and out of the pool due to a disability with my foot. This has no bearings on the house just a personal issue for me. The children LOVED the pool to the point they didnt go to the community pool so I cant give a review on the common area. I will gladly stay at this property again.

This property had everything we needed. The owner was exceptionally fast at responding to questions and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was really really great about the house, location. Having three king bedrooms all with private baths worked great and the kids loved the themed bedrooms. My only critique is we had to buy additional TP, there was only one roll of paper towels and not much soap, shampoo etc… thinking it was provided, one little tube for four nights was not enough. Also, we were expected to start a load of towels (which is totally fine) but no laundry detergent. Thankfully my daughter in law brought some powdered detergent. The kids big and small, all loved the house and was plenty of room for our family of nine.

We've just returned from 2 weeks staying in this villa. It's been a great place for us - we were impressed by the cleanliness of the place and how accurate the pictures were in capturing what the property is like. Kitchen was well stocked with all the tools needed and the villa was well furnished throughout. I'm struggling to think of anything we were disappointed by.We enjoyed the pool facilities very much - pool heating as an extra is essential, and has a hot tub which works really well. I've had various communications with John since booking this villa, each time messages were responded to quickly and helpfully. It's been an ideal experience of using Vrbo, and we were really glad we booked this place. Windsor Hills itself is set up for holidaying families like ourselves. We actually didn't use the communal facilities as much as we originally expected, but when we did we were happy with the large communal pool (it was incredibly warm!) as well as the 'market place' which sells essentials as well as a selection of take out food (not amazing food but good enough).Having not used Vrbo before and with this property having relatively few reviews compared to others, there was a bit of apprehension of what we'll encounter - fortunately you can be assured it is genuine and John (the owner) is a genuine and decent person.I'm sure we'll return to Florida in the future, and when we do this place will definitely be on our shortlist.

We loved our stay at John and Ciara’s home in Windsor Hills! It was the perfect location- close to Disney Parks, a walmart and lots of restaurants. The house was equipped with everything we needed and very clean. We enjoyed days and evenings in the pool and hot tub. John was an excellent host! He was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very helpful.

We were very happy with our stay at your rental house. Very clean and well maintained. Communication with John was very good as well the people that look after the property were very attentive. We needed to call them once and they showed up right away and looked after us. I would stay here again for sure. We did not use the resort amenities but the pool on the website looks much larger than it actually is.

Excellent house that is just as described in a desirable neighborhood! Fantastic access to Disney (15 minutes door to door) that felt like it was a peaceful paradise! Community pool and hot tub was excellent and easy to walk or drive to. Hot tub and pool at the house was nice, but not super warm even with the heat. We used it during our down days, but not at night. Great kitchen that had everything you needed to cook and prep meals. Would definitely stay here again!! Great home for multiple generations - three first floor bedrooms with bathrooms. Highly recommend!!

This home is situated conveniently to local shopping, grocery, and Disney parks. John was easy to contact and quick to respond. The house was as described and was neat and clean.

We just had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect, and the accommodations were superb. We particularly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and resort amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A couple of minor suggestions for improvement: the master shower downstairs has a bit of a whistling sound, especially when someone is using the shower upstairs. Updating the shower heads to more modern ones would be a great enhancement. Overall, our experience was wonderful
