Formosa luxury villa - Welcome to The Oasis

We enjoyed our stay at The Oasis. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The property had all the comforts of home. One of the highlights was the outdoor space - whether it was sipping coffee on the patio in the morning, enjoying a glass of wine at night, or enjoying the pool. The host and the property management team were responsive and friendly. The location was ideal. Close to attractions but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit.

Great pool area. Large kitchen. Great bbq. Everything was perfect for the 9 of us. 3 generations all agreeing it was 5 star. Definitely booking again. Host answered our questions promptly. Did not have to contact him re pro blems because we didn’t have any.

We have been staying at Formosa Gardens since 2005 and have never felt the need to use the same home twice, until we stayed here on our last visit. This house is simply amazing and everything you could need for an incredible stay is included. A massive amount of space for multiple families to easily spread out and not get under each others feet, fantastic huge rooms, very large games room, cinema and a phenomenal pool area and outside kitchen brought us back to what we think is the best home on the estate again. Nothing is too much for the owner and property management team who were brilliant and always quickly and easily available to help throughout our stay. If you are looking for a luxurious relaxing holiday with every requirement catered for then this is the place to get it. Quality and standard are exceptional and I simply cannot rate this accommodation highly enough as for the second time running our party of four families has had the most brilliant time ever. There is no question in our minds where we will be looking to stay when we return again and thanks to the owners for allowing us to share their beautiful home.

The property has something for all age groups. It was a relaxing, fun filled week with our whole family! Any small glitches that may have occurred were handled in a very rimless manner.

Clean, spacious, close to everything we wanted and plenty of room for our whole family. Everyone from the age of two up to 64 had a great time.

We are a multi-generational family and had a great time at the house. The host and property manager were very responsive. The house is immense with more space than we could have imagined. The outdoor living space (pool, kiddie pool, hot tub and dining area) was a lot of fun for us, along with the integrated music system. The game room and theater are great. Some areas are showing wear but overalll, the property is fairly well maintained.

This was our 3rd stay at this property and despite hurricane Debby’s attempt to ruin our vacation, it failed. This rental is lovely and our family of 13 found plenty to do inside this spacious home. Even with all the rain, we still enjoyed sitting outside under the fully covered, very large patio to enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book or watch television and our grands enjoyed the pool even in the drizzle. The property is clean, well-kept and very spacious. The beds are so comfy, I could have slept til noon every day. I also loved the addition of the Keurig’s in each master bedroom. Great location - convenient for dining, groceries, fast food, etc. And the care of the property management team was top notch!! If you want a luxury stay, without breaking the bank – this is the home to choose. You will not be disappointed. We’ve been vacationing in Kissimmee as a family for 20+ years and we’ve stayed at some very nice properties, but this home has become our favorite and we’re looking forward to many more memorable stays.

We had a blast! The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It was cool, quiet and fully ready with everything that was outlined in the listing. The property manager came by to check if we needed anything which was appreciated and the owner was a delight to deal with start to finish. Thanks for a great holiday!
