Host communication was prompt. Location was excellent. The villa was clean and comfortable. Wish the downstairs bathroom door shut and locked completely but other than that, we were beyond pleased.

This home had more than plenty of room for the whole family. Super clean and comfortable. Walking distance to beach. Plenty of food options within walking distance . Easy check in and easy check out . I can’t think of anything to add that would make it better !

Our two families visited Hilton Head for fall break and the accommodations were perfect. The villa has three stories so privacy wasn’t an issue. The two full baths one on each upper level was ideal and worked well with two families. The location was great, steps to bike rentals, Coligny with shops and restaurants, the beach was an easy walk or short bike ride, although we rode bikes to the Coligny public beach area which was only a couple minutes further. The villa was clean, the host was quick to respond, (we didn’t have any issues just questions), and it was well equipped for cooking, etc Absolutely perfect for a short trip, park the car and walk/ride everywhere.

Great property. Quiet, close to everything. Very clean and felt like home. Had everything you would need. Loved that the pool was “private”.

Too much “decor” in the way, not really needed on the bathroom countertops, corner of the stairs and foyer. Just a tip. We moved a lot of it out the way and put it back.

This is a fabulous property in heart of everything but still a quiet location. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Within walking distance of everything in the area. Will definitely return.

We enjoyed the ability to walk everywhere from the condo; beach 5 mins, shops and restaurants 5 mins or less. Fun and easy vacation in an environment that felt safe and friendly.

We loved this place! The set up with the two different floors for the bedrooms and bathrooms was great! Things that would make this a five star listing would be: having beach chairs on property to use and more outlets or charging stations. Loved seeing the local alligator at the nearby pond and being able to walk to restaurants and shops!

Traveled with girlfriends for a getaway. The house had plenty of room for a much larger group. The pool was steps away and the beach & shops were very close. We’d stay again!

My family and I stayed here and absolutely loved it! We were impressed right away with the location of the unit! It is so close to Coligny Plaza and the beach! We walked everywhere! We also loved how homey the place felt and the pool area in the back was beautiful! I spent every morning drinking my coffee at the table on the back patio admiring nature! The complex was very quiet and it was so nice to just have the patio and front screen door open! The breeze flew through the place!The owner, John, was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond! We appreciated that so much! Thank you!We would definitely stay again and probably bring more family with us next time! This time around it was just my husband and out two little ones (11 months and 2) but the unit can sleep and fit way more comfortably!

Pictures are accurate and location is great for Coligny Area. Everything is walkable and most of the rest of the island is a bike ride away.

This villa is located an easy, short walking distance to the beach, plaza, and outstanding playground. The Host quickly responded to a question we had. We had a great time staying here.
