This house is a 10 out of 10 on every aspect, from the location to the amenities of having everything at yor finger tips...i cant express how much we recommend this house for a vacation stay. This was already our second stay in this beautiful house. Two weeks of pure relaxation, perfect location, and quiet, very beautiful surroundings. The house was extremely clean and well maintained and superbly equipped. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Beautiful villa, in a great spot with private garden and lovely pool, half an hour from Disney parks. Layout worked great for a family of 5. Had everything we needed. Couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend.

We wanted a larger comfortable home to spend our spring break in Orlando area. This home met all of our expectations. We would stay again. We enjoyed the pool and deck, and the house was spacious and comfortable for us.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo Oasis. There was more than enough room for the five of us, and the kids absolutely loved the beautiful pool! It was the perfect place to unwind after long days of “tourist things”. You can tell the owners take great pride in their property, as it is well maintained and stocked with everything you could need. Paul and Mary Ruth were extremely responsive to all of our questions from beginning to end. Would definitely stay again!

We come down to Florida for a few weeks to get away from the Ohio cold in the winter. We really enjoyed our stay at Flamingo Oasis! The house was clean and it was decorated with personality. We enjoyed the heated pool (would have loved a railing to help us old folks get in and out easier and more safely!) The kitchen was supplied with everything you could need. The master suite was great and we enjoyed the sitting room. We ate in the dining room a couple of times, but also used the table to put together a couple of puzzles! All in all a great stay!

This is one of the best, if not the best villa we have stayed in. We have visited Florida for the past 20+ years and if available on our next visit, we’ll be staying here again. Mary & Paul were excellent hosts as is their management company. Thank you all very much. Mary & Gordon

From the moment we arrived at this property, it felt like home. A beautiful, spacious house with everything catered for, including a fantastic pool area, in a quiet cul-de-sac. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and a few consumables provided to get us started. We did have an issue with the front door lock, in that it wouldn’t lock, but a call to the management company provided a work-around and they sent someone out to replace it. All was good after that. Flamingo Oasis is ideally situated off the I-27, with a supermarket, various food outlets and shops all a short drive away. We also felt that driving to the theme parks was relatively easy, as the I-4 was a short distance away. This property exceeded our expectations and we will return as soon as we can.

I want to thank Paul and Mary for allowing us to use their wonderful home to rest and recover from all the medical issues and procedures we went thru, and to just rest, relax and be refreshed. We had a wonderful week of just enjoying this excellent peaceful backyard, great swimming pool, the gorgeous inside of the home and all the amenities (we couldn't get my teenager out of that huge heated pool).Paul was excellent in staying in touch with me with some very useful/helpful info about the area, and the property manager was also good at keeping us posted. We would book this property again and highly recommend it any family who would like to have a wonderful vacation and feel like their At home away from home with lots Extra. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. The villa was just as described and the beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the essentials that had been left for us when we checked in. From coffee makers to slow cookers, you couldn't ask for anything more in a kitchen. And of course having Berry Town centre on your doorstep was also very handy. We spent a lot of time in the pool area, which is just beautiful. We have stayed in HR a few times before, but this was the first time we stayed so close to the nature reserve. We got to see many lovely birds, but the highlight was seeing two gopher tortoises! We will definitely be back to visit Flamingo Oasis!
