FIVE Palm Beach Villa -Pool & Jacuzzi, 3-Level

We booked our freinds 30th birthday and was not disappointed the villa is amazing and the team couldnt do enough gor you anything we needed the team was straight on it.Villa is located in the best place anything you would like to do is in the area.Will deffo be back again!

These pictures do not do this listing justice. Me and a group of my friends stayed here in August for a birthday celebration. We could have not asked to be in a better place. This Villa is attached to the Five Palm Jumeriah which is one of Dubia's luxurious hotels. We had access to 24-hour room service & all of the hotel amenities. This Villa was very spacious, & all of the guests had their own rooms. Each room had its own bathroom attached to it. The downstairs dining area and upstairs entertainment rooms have very comfortable and nicely sized furniture to host all guest at one time. Also, the elevator inside of the villa is very convenient especially when transporting the luggage. When you walk out of the back area of the Villa, you are right at the Jumeriah Beach which will feature multiple events throughout the days. Me and my friends felt like we were in paradise for a week. The only, thing I recommend is for payment arrangement between VRBO and property management to be more cohesive. All in all, this property made my trip to be the Greatest Escape!!

I've spent a few days trying to organize how I speak about my stay because I truly want to provide a comprehensive description of my experience. High level - it was perfect! As in, I do not have a single complaint (other than not being able to find the decadent shower gel available in the property, but I'm hopeful I'll eventually locate it!). Categories: Property: There were ladies on this trip to Dubai so we obviously want to have a very decadent vacation. This honestly felt like the most luxurious venue I have been to in my life! The 4 bedroom house has an elevator, is right on the beach, and is gorgeously decorated. We had access to every amenity imaginable and were located right beside the pool at the Five Hotel, in addition to our own property pool. Everything was spacious - wide, long balconies in every bedroom, glamorous bathroom fixtures, just loveliness. Even better than a hotel, we had access to both a butler and housekeeper to ensure our daily experience exceeded our expectations. Chami and Raj proactively assessed our needs, provided detailed descriptions of amenities, and made the entire checkin/checkout process painless. Any and every request was exceeded - I am in awe of the kindness that accompanied the execution. Five Hotel: Wonderfully decorated, trendy, modern hotel with a prime location on Palm Jumeirah. The hotel has a cool pool design and tasty restaurants (and currency exchange, vape store, etc.) that you'll have access to. Like all of Dubai, everyone is extremely polite and thoughtful. Communication with Host: Hands down, this was the best part of the stay. Bert and his team with Holiday Homes (Chami and Raj) are some of the kindest, most thoughtful, consummate professionals I have worked with in the entirety of the time I have been traveling. Due to another host failing, my group had to scramble to find another venue for our trip to Dubai. I booked very late at night, and Bert was up and available to walk me through the payment process and to connect me with his team. We toasted Bert every night, bc his place is just that amazing! Overall: Bert, Chami, and Raj all chose to be helpful and considerate and their demeanors catapulted our experience from awesome to priceless. I am currently making plans to return with my mother a few other friends in the future - this was an experience worth replicating.
