Firefly at Old Trees, is a five-bedroom beachfront holiday villa in Barbados. This luxury home sits privately in the Old Trees development on the Platinum Coast of the island. This lateral apartment covers an entire floor and features magnificent views overlooking the turquoise waters and pristine beach of Paynes Bay.

The indoor space at this five-bedroom beachfront holiday villa features beautifully furnished living rooms and a white marble kitchen. There is also a media room and fivewell-appointed bedrooms all with en-suites, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. Firefly at Old Trees has ample outdoor space with two separate spacious terraces. The first features a stylish plunge pool, two sun beds, and a lounging area. Meanwhile, the second terrace is equipped with a wet bar and a large dining table which seats up to 14 guests.

In addition, a private stairway leads you to the tropical communal gardens where you'll find a freeform swimming pool and waterfall. From here you can access the white sands of Paynes Bay Beach for more private lounging options. This includes sun chairs, umbrellas, and beach service. Staff services are on hand and include a housekeeper, laundress, Villa Manager and Concierge. A cook can be supplied on request.

Housekeeper – 6 days per week, 8 am to 4 pm (Sundays off) – summer, winter and festive
Laundress – At full occupancy or owners authorisation, 6 days per week, 8 am to 4 pm (Sundays off) – summer, winter and festive
Cook – 2 consecutive meals, 6 days per week, breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner – summer and winter
Chef – 3 consecutive meals, 6 days per week (Sundays off) – festive only

USE OF THE VILLA:
The Client can access the Villa at 15.00 on the day the rental commences.

The Client may not use The Villa for any purpose other than that of a private holiday residence for the accommodation of the Client and fellow guests unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Owner.

Only those persons stipulated on the details of the booking may reside at the Villa as guests.
Any changes to the number of guests in the party must be notified to the Company as additional rental charges may apply.

The Client shall not do or suffer to be done anything that may be or become a nuisance or annoyance to the Owner, or the occupiers of adjoining land or that might invalidate any insurance policies affected on the Villa, and shall not bring any animals to the Villa unless previously agreed to by the Owner.

The Client shall not sublet or assign their rental of the Villa.

The Villa staff will provide catering for the agreed number of guests when staying at the Villa.
Special permission must be sought for all entertaining in excess of these numbers.

The Client will take suitable steps to secure the Villa by the appropriate use of all locks and security devices; such as alarms.

The Owner or the Company accepts no liability for any loss or damage of any personal items or valuables.
Where safes are provided, Clients are advised to secure their valuables accordingly.

The Client will exercise due care when in residence and ensure the appropriate supervision of children, dogs or persons with special needs - especially in the vicinity of pools, fish ponds, balconies, cooking appliances, the beach, steps or baths/hot tubs.

The Owner or the Company accepts no liability for injury or damage to the Client or the Client's party.

Unless previously agreed with the Company and/or the Owner the Client will vacate the Villa by 12.00 noon on the final day of the rental period.

TIDINESS AND DAMAGE:
The Client shall leave the Villa and all the furniture, fixtures and effects in good order and condition and shall inform the Company's Property Manager or the Owner or the Owner's staff immediately of any damage caused to the Villa or its contents during occupation by the Client.

The Client undertakes to pay for all such damage and for any missing items.
All breakages or lost items should be reported to the Company's Property Manager or Guest Relations Manager prior to departure where a cost of replacement (or an estimate) will be advised. Any amount due by the Client will be deducted during reconciliation of the Security Deposit.

DAMAGES AND INCIDENTALS:
The Company must hold a damages deposit to be returned to the Client once the Client has vacated the Villa and the Company has confirmed there are no deductions.




There are two seasons in Barbados: dry (December to May) and wet (June to November). Average daily temperatures stay between 77°F and 86°F (25°C and 30°C) year round.

Please make your way to the villa using the driving directions provided by our concierge team for the check- in time agreed upon booking.

If a transfer has been arranged for you, please look for your driver holding a named sign outside of the arrivals hall.

Upon arrival guests are met and greeted by the staff and/or concierge. They are shown around the property and made to feel welcome. Any special requests or arrangements you may have will be organised for you.
